Wanted: A Friend (With Benefits?)

I have a new character, Tak, who I have decided needs a buddy that she can chill with, have participate in her Sioux rituals, and possibly have some snuggle/kissing time without strings attached, just for the fun of it. Here is what I'm looking for ^^
Name: Up to you (Let's call him Elijah for now)
Age: 16-18
Orientation: Heterosexual or Bi/Pansexual
Power: Up to you! Maybe the ability to bring drawings/sculptures to life?
Position: Student
Personality: I see Elijah being a very creative, right-brained person. He sees inspiration in anything, from nature to people to what he learned in class that day. He's a bit quirky, and I could see him into making videos (which would go interestingly with Tak's love of photography). I think he'd be pretty laid-back, chill, and ready for whatever life brings his way. He and Tak's relationship would be close, to the point where they could do anything around each other and not be embarrassed in the slightest. He could help her with photoshoots, and she in turn could help him with his projects, whether they be art, videos, or something else. I just imagine them snuggled on a couch together listening to music or singing karaoke, or just talking. It would be a very fun, happy, hilarious relationship
History: Up to you. I would imagine him having some sort of history in the UK because I see him having an accent, but you're free to do as you please ^^
