I had an idea that I want to advertise before our next Time Warp, in hopes that this will be filled early enough to have Time Warp threads.
Here is my idea: I want to request someone who was a student at the same time that Sean was at Hammel, but who has been out of Pilot Ridge. So that his or her memories of Sean are very different from his current status.
There are a thousand reasons to return to Hammel: for career, for retirement, perhaps they have a child who is attending Hammel and they want to be closer, to escape an international spy cartel...the list goes on.
Gender does not matter*. The character must (by necessity) be meta, but power is (mostly) up to the player.*
*I have two specific ideas and they are gender-dependent, but I do not have my heart set on them. If (cisgendered) male, then I would like them to have been from Sean's hall. If (cisgendered) female, then I would like them to have been roommates with his girlfriend Maggie Donovan.
Ideally, the characters should be no more than a year older or younger than Sean, unless they were skipped ahead academically.
**I have two ideas. One of which involves telekinesis (pending discussion). The other is that, no matter what, the character should not be psychic (this is mandatory).
Other than that, everything is up to the player: family, history, ethnicity, sexual orientation etc. I would like for our characters to be friends, so an adult personality like Honor's is to be avoided, but otherwise, go for it.
There is some necessary background I will fill anyone in on, if someone is interested. But I do not want to clog the ad.
