Another wretched day in the school he'd come to recognize as home. At least a temporary home, like hell would he stay there longer than he had to, no sir. Jocelyn didn't seem fond of the place at all, perhaps it showed in the way he dealt with people, but there was more to the reasoning behind that than he would easily let on to. He shoved past a few people to the front of the line, "Get ouh o' my way fouhck nuts." He stated firmly with a voice leaking of a french accent. His voice echoing through the room as he grabbed an apple from the counter nearby.

It wasn't as though he were that hungry, but he saw a nice looking apple and he wanted it. So he was going to take it regardless of whether or not someone else wanted it or had it first. He had his...ways... of making people give him whatever he wanted. He rubbed the apple on the black fabric of his vest making it rub to the white-button up shirt that he'd become used to wearing with those black slacks. Though both top pieces were cut uniquely to accommodate the rather apparent set of large wings that lifted somewhat as he bent to reach for the apple.

If one was into insects they might have recognized the pattern as that of a moon moth, but dare they point that out was another matter all in itself.

Ulrich was hungry like any growing teenage boy would be during this time of day. He didn't have time to eat breakfast in the morning because he woke up late and had to rush to get to his first class. And when lunch time came around, he was too busy doing homework at the last minute before the rest of his classes started to eat. To combat his growling stomach, he made his way to the cafeteria after his classes ended and got in line for a nice, satisfying snack.

He grabbed a plate a put a few tasty things on it, but what he had his eye on was an apple, the last apple. He waited and when he got to the front of the line, the apple was in sight. However, as he reached out for it, another hand came down and snatched it up. Ulrich's eyes follow a path up the hand and arm to find it attached to a boy with... bug wings...?

"Excuse me," Ulrich said timidly, avoiding eye contact with the winged boy, "I was in line first... and... I was grabbing for that..." He rubbed the back of his head. He really didn't want a confrontation. He was too hungry to argue. "You cut the line... so..."

Joce looked at the kid that spoke up, giving him one of those 'the fuck' sort of looks, as if he didn't believe the kid even had the nerve to speak to him. He leaned toward the other male, bringing the apple to his mouth, biting into it right infront of his face. Though after he swallowed the bit of apple in his mouth he spoke toward the kid directly, "Sounds like a personal problem to me, fag. " he stated as he took another bite of the apple.

Though he gave an annoyed expression as the kid continued to point out that he had cut the line. "Fouchk if aye care cocksucker. " He stated shoving the apple toward the othe rmale's face. Attempting to quite literally rub the bitten part on the kid's mouth. "Ah bite of t'joicy ahpple, petit ver?" he questioned the other male with a total disregard for respect. His accent was thick and his tongue rolled the pronunciation of the words like a song from the tip of it's surface.

Ulrich's facial expression evolved from everyday and uncaring to extremely pissed in a split second. He did not tolerate bullying, at all, and he definitely didn't tolerate insults of that level. Ulrich never liked being called fag, but he definitely didn't like it now that he was dating Rhett.

Ulrich looked at the plastic spork (it's a weird spoon-fork combination) on his plate. He figured that if he broke it the right way it would have a sharp enough edge to puncture skin if it had enough force behind it. He imagined ripping it through the boy's wings, forming large holes in them so they would never be useful ever again. He also imagined it stabbing into the boy's body, causing his blood to flow down onto the floor while he screamed out for mercy.

The German boy desperately wanted to make it a reality.

Luckily for him, Ulrich knew he couldn't. He knew that there would be serious consequences for his actions and that he would be throwing his life away. No matter how satisfying the sight of the scared body of the deserving asshole would be, it was not worth the trouble he would be in. It would also mean he would have to be around that intrusive, untrustworthy mind reader, Dr. Neville, more than he already had to (and probably the inside of a jail cell).

Ulrich wasn't going to let the boy rub the apple in his face though. He grabbed his wrist, which he was able to easily do in such close proximity and squeezed tight. "Tread carefully," he said through gritted teeth, "because you have already bitten off more than you can chew." After a moment's pause, he let go and walking out of line to take a seat in the cafeteria with the food he already had. Ulrich wasn't sure if he could hold back again if the boy decided to confront him once more.

A look of absolute disgust crossed his features as the other male grasped hold of his wrist, oh that was a very big mistake on this kid's part, and Joce was going to make sure that this kid knew his place. To say that Jocelyn was pissed off would have been the understatement of the century, no, the mellinium. For the moment, he let it fume in his head, his plans to make sure this kids life at hammel would be a hell worse than anything he'd known before.

The french boy would make this a reality.

Jocelyn grabbed a tray rather sharply from the line, piling the most disgusting, most staining food he could imagine withint he line. Which was more or less everything in his arrogant opinion. He bit into the apple before he picking a plastic fork from the nearby bin. He sat the apple on the tray as he walked through the cafeteria. HIs fingers bending the plastic fork between them, until it snapped in pieces, though he let the shorter piece fall to the floor as he walked.

"Fouhkin' worm. " he stated as he stopped behind the other male's seat. Moving his hand with the broken fork toward the other male's side, he wouldn't stab him, no that would be to easy. Instead he would try to hold it pressed damn close to doing so. To get his point across as he would speak to him. "I'll slit your throat fahster tahn your boyfriend can fouchk it." he stated in alow tone toward the other man.

Ulrich wasn't hoping the confrontation would continue, but it did. The winged boy obviously had a short fuse, possibly even shorter than Ulrich's. That made him easy to exploit.

The German boy got an idea. If he could bait the boy into attempting to harm him, he would be justified in beating the shit out of him because it would be self defense. Sure, he would still get in trouble, but not nearly as much as his attacker.

His eyes glanced down at the broken fork by his side. It could pierce his skin and go pretty deep to cause some harm, but it wouldn't be life threatening. He really had nothing to fear except for some pain and a trip to the nurse. He could handle that.

"Do it you fucking pussy," Ulrich dared him as he casually ate his food, "and I promise that before you get a second shot, you will be on the ground begging for mercy." He turned his head up to look the boy in the eyes. "And you will get none."

Ulrich looked around the plate of food in front of him, then to his surroundings. His craft brain was hard at work. He grabbed a water bottle he got in the food line and took a sip...

It was absolutely true, Joce's fuse was far shorter than most people's, he was a no bullshit type of person too so it didn't really help the situation any. He was used to getting his way, by force, or by will it did not matter to him one bit.

He had not intended to get into another fight so soon, he didn't like spending time in the office, nor did he really want to deal with this shit right now. however, he would not let that kid get away with his behavior. Oh no, he was going to pay.

Those blue eyes, that could have fooled the world if his tongue were more silent, narrowed their gaze. He rolled that broken fork onto the sleeve of his shirt so that it would keep his fingerprints from being upon the objects. His wings stiffening with his anger, causing a sudden cloud of dust to float into the air with the sudden surge of anger he felt, and he thrust that broken fork into the kid's flesh. Trying to avoid anything major in doing so, after all, he wanted to hurt him--not kill him.

"you'll beg f'mercy before I e'er will, worm, fuck with me you'll join the rest of the maggot faggots six feet under and in hell where you belong you filth." he hissed toward the other male. To bad for Ulrich there was not a female around to calm Joce's behavior. Infront of females his fuse was much longer, as if he had something to prove to them, but for now there wasn't' one in sight and that gave him all the desire he needed to destroy Ulrich where he sat.

He didn't even give two fucks that the food he'd turned over the kid's head was getting on his own clothing as well.

Ulrich felt pain surge through the left side of his torso. It hurt like hell, but it wasn't enough to be debilitating pain. He could still move, so he did his best to ignore the pain while the boy's food fell on him. It was time to put his craft plan into action.

He looked up at the boy's face again as he pulled the makeshift shank from his side. From there, he spit the water he had in his mouth from the sip he took moments earlier right at the asshole's face as a temporary distraction.

Fairy boy picked the wrong meta-human teenager to fuck with today. In fact, he picked one of the most violent and sadistic people Hammel had to offer. Big mistake.

Ulrich rolled backwards in his seat and planted his hands along the floor. With help from his parkour training from Rhett and his enhanced balance and control of his arms from his ability, he did an easy back flip. He landed firmly on his feet a few steps behind his attacker.

In one swift motion, he took his black leather belt off of his pants and swung it around with his ability-aided accuracy so it should go over the boy's wings and wrap around his neck. Ulrich took hold of the two ends of the belt and pulled tightly. He was going to strangle him, not to death, but just enough to the point where the winged boy learns the error of his ways. That'll teach him a lesson.

Joce was surprised at the dexterity the other male had, let alone that he'd been taken off guard by it, the movements the other male made had been so fluidily made that he'd barely been a ble to follow them.

The feel of that belt sliding around his neck struck something within Joce that he wasn't exactly comfortable with. Especially as it tightened around his neck. His wings drooped behind him, though the reasoning for it was left to be unknown, they truly and honestly did only what they willed to do on their own. His fairy dust stirred into the air and it was lucky for him that he could not breathe it in thanks to that belt, he didn't feel like going on a trip to hallucinationville anytime soon, let alone in public. He gripped at the belt behind his neck, turning so that it wisted behind him, his face reddening with the lack of oxygen that prevented him from swearing at the man further.

Though as he twisted it he turned his body over so that he was facing Ulrich, he was not beyond cheap moves, he pushed forward trying to loosen the tension of the belt. As well to bring a swift-bony knee toward the other student's groin.

Ulrich ignored the pixie dust that was becoming much more prevalent in the air. He didn't think anything of it other than the fact that it look really gay.

It seemed that having a belt wrapped tightly around his neck wasn't going to be enough to bring the boy down. More needed to be done to teach him a lesson. This was especially obvious when he attempted to knee Ulrich. Luckily, the German was quick enough on his feet to push his thighs together and catch the knee before it could make ill contact with his crotch. Ulrich knew he would be in even more intense pain if that attack would have landed.

In retaliation, Ulrich used his control of the belt to his advantage. He pulled it toward him, which should pull the winged boy forward as well, and sent his head at his nose. There was enough force behind the assault to break the winged boy's nose. Ulrich was sure of it. He wasn't going to let him get away with the stabbing, not until he suffers a little more.

His lips parted out of natural response to trying to take a breath, he was starting to feel light-headed, though it was not the first time he'd suffered from asphyxiation. It was something he was quite used to and fond of in certain areas of his life which made it easier for him not to panic and strain his own breathing more so at the fear of suffocating to death.

However, he needed some relief or he was going to lose consciousness for certain. He refused to let that come to be. He caught a handfull of his own dust, throwing it directly into the other man's face, his own leg stuck between those thighs made it hard to move elsewhere, but he lowered his head forward in attempts to avoid having his nose broken, though the impact of the toher male's forehead to the top of his head did not leave him without injury.

He made a choked, pained, sound as he nearly dropped his weight to the floor. Somehow he still managed to keep his feet, though a thought occured to him in that moment, that fi he could throw the other man off balance he might be able to free himself from that belt before it was to late to save face.

he dropped suddenly backward, his hands grasping at the belt where it connected to his own throat, to prevent injuring himself more than to try to pull it free. He threw the full weight of his body onto his own back, his wings did not like this, and it pained him to do so. However, it was better than the alternative. He hoped to force the other male to release the belt or at least throw him to the floor long enough for him to get a breath in.

Ulrich saw how desperate the boy hand become. Throwing dust? Hmph. He was not impressed. However, he didn't want it to get into his eyes because being blinded would put him at a severe disadvantage. So, he utilized his meta-ability and parkour training again (he really owed Rhett for teaching him) to turn to the side perform a quick little flip, allowing him to avoid most of it. He didn't need to move his arms at all due to his excellent balance, so they kept a firm hold of the belt and even tightened it around the boy's neck as it twisted when he flipped.

The German boy wished he had a gun. No, he wished he had his revolver. He imagined placing the barrel in the boy's mouth, loading it with a single bullet, and spinning it to randomize its position, just like in Russian roulette. He then imagined pulling the trigger two or three times to instill pure fear in his attacker. It would have been grand. Unfortunately, the belt would have to work for the time being.

Ulrich was quite impressed to see that the boy was still steady enough to stay on his feet. He had to give him some credit for that at the very least. Ulrich felt some pain in his head, but it wasn't anything he hasn't felt before. This guy wasn't the first person he headbutted.

Eventually though, the boy did fall to the ground, and Ulrich was pulled forward. He nearly lost his grip on the belt, but his fine motor control over his hands adjusted his grip in time to keep hold of it. Ulrich stepped forward, leaning over the boy's body. He stepped down on the wings, which he hoped would pin the boy to the ground. Ulrich watch him struggle to remove the belt, and smiled. It was a sick, twisted smile - one that showed he got some kind of satisfaction from the fight and seeing him struggle.

"Have you ever killed before?" Ulrich asked sadistically. "I have." He never killed a person, but he has killed plenty of animals through hunting. He remembered back to one time when he was bow hunting for deer. He shot one 8 point buck, but it did not die immediately. It ran off and eventually collapsed several yards away. Ulrich tracked the deer with his uncle in tow and found that the deer was not dead yet. From there, he was given the command to put the animal out of his misery. Ulrich remembered pulling free his knife and slicing the deers throat. He looked into the animal's eyes and watched as its life slipped away. It was astounding - a memory that would stick with him for the rest of his life.

"There's something amazing about watching life leave a body. It's beautiful, it really is," he explained with sick enjoyment in his voice. He wanted the boy to believe he was going to kill him.

He tightened the belt one last time before letting it free completely and taking a few steps back. "I better not catch sight of you ever again," he said bluntly before walking out of the cafeteria casually. He had a wound to fix.

The extra twist on the belt did not help one bit in getting the freedom he needed between his throat and the material. His throat was bruising easily beneath the tight grip it had upon his throat. Yet he seemed unwilling to admit defeat. His face was reddened now as he tried to take in breaths through his nose, but he could barely get any air at all. It was more of a violent attempt than before due to his body starting to rebell against his own will.

The foot on his wing not only pinned him to the ground, unable to get up, but it pissed him off as well. Luckily that part of his wings didn't have the sensation the areas closers to his body did. He didn't want to risk tearing his wings, however, so he did his best not to try to lift himself. His hands followed the belt along, until he'd reach the end of it where htose hands grasped. He would move his hands to the other male's forearms, attempting to grasp there, to dig his nails and thumbs into the man's Flexor carpi radialis muscle in order to force him to release the belt.

Whether or not he could actually manage to get it to work before he passed out was something entirely different. TO the quesetion asked of him and the words spoken Joce only smirked, despite the strain to do so. The look in his eyes told that if he had not already he was going to the moment he was released. He had no guilt about the idea of smothering out the last bit of life within that kid. Especially after he stepped on his wings.

However, there was no belief in him that the other male was going to kill him, he didn't think he was that strong willed. Perhaps it was due to the method the other male had used to keep him down, but he felt that the other male resulted in using tactics that were less violent than one wold expect of one capable of murder.

The tightening on the belt caused his back to arch slightly as his teeth clenched. his eyes half lidding as he tried to choke out a noise, a gasp, anything as that darkness started to cloud around his vision. Though it was let free and his lungs took in sharp, painful, breaths he would take only a minute to regain his breath before his eyes caught sight of that plastic fork. Yes, he was going to fucking kill that bastard. he turned over, to grasp hold of it, his other hand gripping at his freed throat where the pale flesh displayed the bruising so well. His wings were limp upon his back as he pushed himself from the floor.

His teeth clenched as he started to his feet, and in the direction the other male had backed away to. "Th..that's righ.. run.. fouchkin pussy!" he called through a cracked tone of voice. The other male had left before he could even get the chance to make a second attack.

He was going to kill that son of a bitch.

That is what he told himself.
