This facility is known for its effective treatment and constant medical trials, but the patients feel more like lab rats that human beings. It is an ideal location for some of the most dangerously insane criminals, not only in the US, but in the world. People suffering from severe or long-term illness are also accepted, but it’s expensive. Needless to say, Kaktovik Mental Facility is filled with some of the worst. Not all the patients are dangerous, but many of them are. The only thing that every patient has in common, regardless of illness, gender, origin, room number, or any other classification, is that once admitted, they may not leave.
