Brielle laid down in the grass in the courtyard. She was decked out in her winter coat, scarf and gloves. She kept her eyes open as she watched the snow fall down on her. She thought it was beautiful, the white flakes gently floating down from the heavens. She opened her mouth to let the flakes fall into her mouth. She could feel them melting on her tongue, filling her mouth with soft wet drops of water. She smiled sadly and closed her mouth against the flakes.
To bad the snow wasn't real.
The flakes were starting to fade away, after 3 minutes of snow it seems her power was starting to quit. 3 minutes wasn't bad for an inexperienced illusionist , but the side effects for 3 minutes shouldn't be as strong as they were. She could still feel the touches of melting snow on her skin. She knew they were never real, but to her they felt real, too real.
But that was a worry for another day, to day was just for self discipline. She sat up and shook her hair to get it back into a natural looking position. She looked around into the empty courtyard and smiled. Her smile didn't last long as she noticed a boy there with her. A very angry looking boy.
Brielle may not of been the most social of people, or even the most observant , but she could tell when people were upset. And them being upset made Brielle upset. For some unknown reason people who were upset always hit Brielle hard, she didn't like it and would do anything to make them happy once more.
Even if this meant putting her social awkwardness behind her and speaking to someone.
She got up and quietly walked over to where he was located."Um hi, are...are you okay? You look upset?"
