Mia sat at one of the tables in the home ec classroom. She was sitting back in the seat while she had her feet propped up onto the table, her legs were crossed at the ankles. She was reading a Vegan recipe book; like it would help her cooking skills. At first, Mia thought she would have to eat just salad and tofu for the rest of her life. But this book had shown her other ways to a Vegan diet. Like, actually still being able to eat a 'burger'; that in the end would be way more healthier than a fast food burger. Now if only she didn’t burn everything she cooked; she would have the greatest diet for herself and her healthy ways.

Who knew being a Vegan would go so well with her being a health freak. She wondered if she could get Cameron to be her personal chef now, since they seemed to have put their differences and drama behind them. At least she thought so, maybe there was still some resentment going on with Cameron.. Or even with her. But it wasn't something she wanted to think about. She had too much going on, and all of it was started to stress her out. Which was why she was in the home ec classroom alone. She wanted to get away from, friend drama, family drama, and everything else that was weighing on her shoulders. So, right now she was trying to concentrate on which of the recipes she should ‘try’ to make. Maybe she should just try a simple Vegan smoothie?

Fer had probably spent around half an hour in the supplies room in the back of the home ec classroom. See, taking the ingredients to bake cupcakes was easy, but deciding which flavor he wanted his cupcakes to be was damn hard, so it took him far too long to decide. It was a process with pretty much consisted in Fer jumping up and down after deciding which flavor, then picking the ingredients, and then jumping up and down because he got a better flavor idea, putting the previous ingredients back, picking the new ones, and then starting from the beginning with a new flavor idea.

In the end he chose what was actually his first idea (which is the usual conclusion of everything in which he takes a long time deciding), so after taking what he needed, he walked out to the classroom again, only to find a familiar face in there.

"Vicky!" Fer yelled with a small jump before instantly running towards the pink-haired girl. Setting the bag with ingredients in her table, he immediately hugged her and squeezed as tight as he could while rubbing her back. "OMB, coincidences or what?!" he said while letting go of the hug and then started to rapidly clap his hands with a bright smile. "Oh, it's perfect! I'm baking cupcakes and you're just so gonna help me! Aww so much funsies yes!

Mia hadn’t even know Fer was in the classroom, let alone know she wasn’t the only one in the room. She had really been minding her own business, then again, she had to when she thought she was the only one in the room. The door to the home ec room was open and she saw a few people peering in but passing from the corner of her eye. She really didn’t care, she knew they only looked into the room because they were curious of who was in it but kept going when they saw that person they were only somewhat familiar with doing something (Like reading).

Mia jumped when someone yelled a familiar nickname, she even almost jumped out of the chair she had been so startled. Her heartbeat had even picked up, she put a hand to her chest and looked at Fer. “Are you trying to give me a heart attack?” She teased, chuckled at the boy’s excitement. Glad to know he seemed to be doing a lot better since he had stayed the night in her dorm. “o m b?” Confused by what that standed for, wasn’t it bad enough with omg? “Baking cupcakes?” She raised an eyebrow and grinned “starting early with your valentines?” She wondered just how many people Fer was going to give a valentine to. Only because she knew Fer was to type to give one to everyone if he could (not because of his many lovers).

Looking at her vegan recipe book one last time, she closed it and smiled at Fer. “I would love to help you!” So long as she didn’t have to eat any, at least if it had any animal products in it. “But, warning.. I’m a really bad cook… Like I've seriously burned water..”

"Aww, I'm sorry I scared you!" Fer apologized with a pout, even though he found her reaction funny. Heck, he probably let out a small chuckle before he started to place some of the things out of the bag and into Mia's table. "Of course! Oh My Britney?" Fer explained with a smile. "What else could it mean?" he definitely chuckled now.

Placing the bag out of the way, Fer organized all the ingredients in the table, placing the normal cupcake ones in the right side and those stranger, in the left side. He still had no idea how he was going to add bacon and maple syrup to the cupcakes' filling, but at least he could concentrate in making a normal vanilla-based cupcakes mix. "Umm, something like that maybe," Fer answered Mia.

Hearing that Mia was indeed going to help him Fer clapped rapidly and jumped in excitement. "Yes! Yes!" he said before laughing at the fact that Mia was a bad cook. The Brazilian believed himself to be a very good one, well, at least in the weird gourmet sandwiches department, so maybe he would compensate Mia. "Don't worry, making cupcakes is super easy," he showed her the piece of paper he had brought in which he had written the recipe he was going to follow, which was, of course, for normal cupcakes and did not mention the bacon and and maple syrup Fer had placed aside in the table. "We only need to figure out how to make a bacon and egg custard filling. And maple syrup buttercream, though I still have no idea what that is."

Mia waved her hand, showing it wasn’t a big deal “Seeing you in here was worth the scare.” Some reason that sounded flirty… That or a really lame pick up line. Oh well, hopefully he wouldn’t pick up on that. But she doubted he wouldn’t… He had more of a sense for that stuff than she did. “I don’t know.. Really the first b word that I thought of was bitch…” Really what did that say about her? The culture was really rubbing off on her and she really didn’t like it… “Why Britney?” Hoping that change his thought process of what she had said before.

Mia looked at the ingredients, her eyes feel upon the bacon, yeah she was defiantly not eating these. “something like?” She raised an eyebrow at Fer, now she was even more curious. “What does that mean?” She smiled a little, hoping it meant what she thought it meant. Did Fer have a crush he didn’t want to mention? The thought made her squeal a little on the inside. When it came to things like this she got really excited, when it came to friends that was. When it came to herself? She just got scared, it wasn’t something she wanted to deal with now, and now that she was thinking about it, she wasn’t even sure how she could even deal with it.

Fer’s excitement broke through her thoughts and she grinned. “Making pancakes is easy too.. But I can’t do that either..” She always burnt them, really she was a horrible cook. When she moved out of Hammel, she wasn’t even sure what to do. She would have to rely on salads and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the rest of her life. “Why not use pancake mix for the actual cupcake instead of the vanilla stuff… That way it’s an actual breakfast cupcake… And you can put the bacon on top of the cupcake… I’m not sure what to do with the egg.. Maybe just put it in side the cupcake and let it bake as an actual egg? And the maple syrup you can just add that to the butter cream can’t you?” It was going to have to be one of those hit or miss deals. But you won’t know without trying.

Fer smiled as Mia told him that she was happy to see him, and he was too, however, as he attempted to say this, he bursted into laughter after hearing what Mia thought OMB meant. "Babe," he said while still laughing mildly. "She is a bitch. That's what's so great and godly about her, Madonna may be the queen of pop, but Britney is the queen of bitches," Fer's eyes almost shone as he said that, he really did adore the woman. "My queen," he said with a hand in his chest.

Fer's lips twisted when Mia asked him to elaborate. He wasn't sure he wanted to explain on the reason behind the cupcakes. In one side, this was Mia, he could trust her entirely, but on the other side, a part of him felt like he'd jinx it by saying anything out loud. "Well," he sighed. "It... kind of is something like valentines I guess?" he shrugged while trying to reorganize the stuff in the table, keeping his hands busy. "I mean, it's nothing serious, but maybe it is. He's kind of, not serious, but... I... I don't know..." he turned around and faced Mia. "If a guy is visibly and verbally and shamelessly jealous of you and other guys, that means he likes you likes you, right? Like, for real and seriously likes you for something real and serious?" he attempted not to shake as he asked.

The Brazilian boy chucked at hearing that Mia couldn't even make pancakes. "I'll teach you one of these days," he told her. "They're awesome for after-sex breakfast... for when that happens. Though you should have your man do it... for when that happens."

Mia's ideas were actually quite good and helpful, and Fer nodded to them. "Sounds good, what would I do without you?!" he said as he immediately started to work on the first steps of the cupcake recipe.

Babe? When did he start calling her Babe? Mia raised an eyebrow as Fer explained “Uh… Isn’t that offensive to every other ‘Britney' out there, though?”

Mia pressed her lips together, wanting to keep her squeal to herself. But she really couldn’t hold it in. She squealed with delight at the thought of Fer having a crush. “Oh my gosh!” She clapped her hands and hugged Fer, then jumped a bit on her tippy toes when she moved back from the hug. “Seriously? You have to tell me everything!” Okay, she always got excited about these things, she just couldn’t help it. Mia raised an eyebrow at his question “Uh… I think it means he really likes you. I had a boyfriend who was really jealous.. And got jealous over every guy I talked to. I’m not sure if it means he wants something serious.. Is he the type to like serious relationships?” There was a lot to consider and she didn’t want to tell Fer what he wanted to hear just for the sake of knowing she was a ‘good friend’ but she also didn't want to discourage him.

Mia scratched the back of her head “okay. As long as they’re vegan pancakes…” She start blushing and looked at Fer with wide innocent eyes. “Uh.. Er… There isn’t going to be a ‘when that happens’…” She really didn’t want to explain it, but she would. She was done with relationships, and dating, and gave up on ‘unconditional’ love. It just wasn’t for her.

“hmm.. Haven’t we already gone through this?” She chuckled a little.

Fer laughed at Mia's naive assumption. "Vicky! There's only one Britney, and she is your Britney," he explained with a serious face. Because he was very serious when placing Britney in a place higher than god. "Period," he nodded. How could someone deny Britney's divinity and amazingness? In Fer's mind, it was impossible.

Mia posed a very good question, one that Fer had been wondering all this time. As Mia herself said it, you aren't jealous at someone who you don't really like, but Fer had his reasons to doubt it was like that. "No," he answered Mia's question straight. "He isn't, that's the problem. I mean, he's even sluttier than I am," he admitted with trouble. His eyes darted away before returning to Mia with a worried look. "Though don't ever tell anyone I said that! I have a reputation to uphold and all that."

Fer was about to reply with a laugh at Mia's mention of vegan pancakes, but he then remembered that vegans don't even eat milk or eggs. The milk was easily replaceable with soy milk, but what about the eggs? "Wait, how do you make pancakes without eggs?!" he asked, knowing he had to investigate this further.

In any case, the Brazilian smiled and scoffed at Mia when she said "it" was not going to happen. "It will eventually," he said while preparing the mix for the cupcakes. "Or you're not planning to seal the deal on the wedding night? You know, weddings can be annulled if they aren't... consummated," at least it was what he had seen in TV. "Even then, never say never, I learnt that from Justin Bieber," he joked.

“huh?” Mia blinked at Fer, totally lost at what he was now saying about Brittney. She didn’t quite get it.

Mia didn’t know anything about this guy, Fer hasn’t even told her his name, which was fine. But she kind of wished she knew more about him just so she could help Fer out a little more. Mia pouted a little at what he said. “Hmm… That’s… Hard. I kind of know how you feel… Are you jealous of the people he sees or whatever? Like there doesn’t really seem like there are many options here.. Do you like him enough to wait for him? Or is he someone you think you can live without?” Mia looked at her hands “I’m not saying he will come around, but maybe you should give it more time, keep testing the waters and see if he would actually come around sooner or later. And then you just have to figure out if you’re up for waiting or if you need to move on.” She shook her head “Don’t worry, who am I going to tell?” a little part of her thought that Fer could do better than this guy, but she had no right to say that.

She smirked “Tofu makes a good substitution for eggs.” Simple enough answer right?

Mia didn’t know how to tell him that there was more to ‘it not happening’ than the boy thought. In a way she was saying she wasn’t going to go that far because she was done with relationships, which meant, no lover, and no marriage. She forced a smile on her face “Right marriage! Of course, I forgot. I didn’t know that actually.. But okay.. What happens to people who are Asexual but still want to get married? That doesn’t seem really fair to them.” She didn’t want to tell Fer about her doubts, because she felt like he wouldn’t understand and just tell that she’s being ridiculous. Mia laughed “I learned never say never from Fievel. And Justin Bieber is pretty much telling all his fans that marrying him can happen!” Considering the girls who do want to get with JB always tell themselves sooner or later that it’s never going to happen and yet he was saying it pretty much is.

"OMB you think he's seeing someone?!" Fer freaked out. "Who did you see him with?! Was it Lucius? It has to be Lucius! Of courseeeeee!" he whined. He, of course, wasn't aware that Mia had no idea who Fer was talking about, so the question, and insinuation, of Romeo and some other guy made Fer jump in slight fear and deniable jealousy.

Her other questions, however, were good questions. Although the answers were seemingly easy: Fer thought he could easily live without Romeo, and Fer liked the boy a lot like to wait for him, he had never quite thought about them. It made him realize that maybe he liked the curly-haired Irish boy more than he probably should, and far more than he was accustomed to. "But like," he paused for a moment before continuing his question. "Do you think I should ask him? I mean... and like, what should I ask him?" Fer felt clueless unto how to proceed. He had never found himself in a situation that closely resembled this. "Hey," he tried a deep manly macho voice. "I like you and wanted to know if you liked me back and if you want us to be boyfriends? Also, I like your boobs, ho, ho."

Fer nodded at learning that tofu could replace eggs. He wanted to make a disgusted face, but decided not to, as he figured that Mia probably liked it. He had tasted it once and decided it was among the most terrible things he had ever eaten. Hopefully, Mia would never make him eat it.

"Who cares about the asexual?" Fer asked joking. "I-Dee-Kay what they do. I mean, do they even marry?" Asexual people really did puzzled Fer, as his mindset and personality was very sexual. "Oh, o you think I can marry Justin?!" the Brazilian asked. "Because, you know, my ass is much better than Selena's," he gloated.

Mia blinked at him, that wasn’t what she had meant at all. “I.. Er… No? I don’t even know who Lucius is or who your crush on so I have no idea..” She was completely confused right now and didn’t know where to take this.

In the end, if he liked him enough to wait, how long was he willing to wait? And just how much did the other boy like Fer? It was a question she wanted to ask the boy straight out, but she didn’t know who this boy was. And felt like Fer wasn’t going to tell her any time soon. Which was probably a smart idea. “I don’t know what to tell you… I’m for the whole blunt thing, but seeing how you said this guy doesn’t do serious, asking him straight out would probably be really intimidating.” Mia listened to Fer’s practiced words and raised an eyebrow as she looked down at her chest. She wasn’t sure why she did it, knowing he wasn’t talking about her. She shook her head, “I think you should take it slower than that… What do you guys do when you hang out?” A part of her knew she was going to regret asking that.

Mia would never make him eat anything he didn’t want to. She wasn’t a food rapist. Nor was she going to turn anyone vegan, or even try to. She knew her taste in food was way different than normal people’s.

Mia looked down at the ground, silent for a moment. “What if I was asexual?” The question wasn’t meant to be answered, but she couldn’t help but wonder, would Fer care if she thought she was asexual? She shook her head “Never mind! Don’t answer that…” Sex was not a topic she wanted to talk to Fer about, for some reason it just felt weird and awkward. She rubbed her arms. “So Those cupcakes!” She wanted the topic to be changed, and changed now. “Well, I don’t think it’s never going to happen.” Poor JB, everyone was always hating on him, but his crazy, crazy ass fans balanced that out pretty good. “I don’t know.. Selena has a really nice ass..” She blushed a little “Not… Not that I ever noticed.” She shrugged “That’s just what people say…” Now she was going to shut up, forever.
