Animagus/Patronus/Boggart

Character analysis time! After making Mira feel bad for my other character exercise, I'm putting out a more lighthearted one. Simply think about what your characters would have for their Animagus form, their Patronus, and their Boggarts.

For those unfamiliar with these Harry Potter terms, here is the breakdown:
Animagus- Some witches and wizards train themselves to change into an animal. There is only one animal form that they can attain. So, pretty much, decide on an animal that fits your character's personality.

Patronus- A Patronus is a powerful spell used to protect someone against dementors. (Soul-sucking monsters) It takes the form of an animal. So, choose an animal that would be your character's personal guardian.

Boggart- A Boggart is a monster that takes the form of whatever the character is most afraid of. Hopefully, this is self-explanatory.

Use whatever criteria you find useful to decide on the animals. For

Example:
James Campbell
Animagus: Rooster.
Seriously, hear me out on this one. Vain, perfectionist, stubborn, eccentric, smug, and very hard on himself, James embodies the qualities of the rooster, as described in the Chinese Zodiac. (Which is convenient, as I only discovered that he was born during the year of the rooster in June, after almost a year of playing him.)

Patronus: Bull
I'm usually not big on zodiac connections, but I think it fits well here too. James' protector is unquestionably his husband Chase. Stubborn, strong, and patient, not to mention he is both a Taurus and born in the year of the Ox. Too much coincidence to choose anything except the Bull for his Patronus.

Boggart: Chase and Ginny leaving him, and Chase taking Niko with him. More than any other character I have ever played, James is dependent on his family. He needs their approval and acceptance, and he fears nothing more than failing them.

[Levi Xu]

Animagus: Dog, probably a working/herding dog. Corgi?
Levi needs love and craves approval. Like a happy, eager puppy, he craves approval and wants only to please.

Patronus: Cuttlefish
With his unique way of seeing the world, he needs something unique to protect him. He is very adaptable, which serves him well, considering the chaos of his life. So what better to protect him than the camouflaging cuttlefish?

Boggart: The little girl from The Ring. Nomi should not have let him watch it with her.

[Gabriel Underwood]

Animagus Gabriel is cunning and powerful, so if he could take animal form he'd probably be something like a Crocodile/Alligator. The fact they both hide and wait for prey, then launch full strength out of the water is just too similar to Gabriel's own behaviour.

Patronus Too easy, it'd be a large dog. Gabriel's affinity with them, and his utter trust for canines would make his patronus take that form. There is no other animal he'd lay his life in front of.

Boggart Though Gabriel will kill me for this, it's to see his closest comrades and lovers killed. He'd never outwardly show it, but he fears this the most, since these are the only people in the world he actually cares somewhat about.

[Lala & Reese Degreas]

Ohhhh man this is cool. I had to do it with my twins though, just because its way interesting. :3

Animagus Cobra. Venemous and cunning, Reese and Lala would let their kill-first ask-questions after nature take over their animagus form.

Patronus Dragon. Fiercely protective, almost to the extent of hoarding, the twins I think really embody the image of a dragon. Reese's fiery temper and Lala's almost mystic innocence encompass the whole spectrum of what people think when they think "dragon." Plus, what's more dangerous than a Dragon and who is more dangerous than Reese with a gun?

Boggart Gabe's death. They have nothing else except for Gabe. Without him they have no purpose in life and little to do with themselves. Lose Gabe, lose themselves.

[Dr. Sean Neville]

Animagus: Grizzly Bear.
They're large, they like the water, they're relatively solitary animals, and if you threaten their cubs, they're ready to attack. Moreover, they're often considered an animal of honor and in America are almost institutional. And gay terminology aside, Sean even looks a bit like a bear.

Patronus: Owl.
Sean is physically capable of protecting himself, but what he needed most growing up, and in later years, was guidance. So it's fitting that his protector would come in the form, not of something that can fight for him, but instead as something that can see farther than he can, is associated with wisdom, and could fly ahead and return to show him the right path.

Boggart: The U.S. adopting a system like France or Russia for meta-humans, turning metas into weapons for the government or otherwise exploiting their powers. It's always in the back of his mind when Josh harps on Hammel and is why he defends the way the school is run.

[Lani Hunter]

Animagus: Raccoon. They, like Lani, have a nasty habit of getting into things that they shouldn't. Like Lani they have a certain sticky hand feature that makes them the perfect match for Lani.

Patronus: Eagle. Lani has always felt like a caged bird. He longs for the freedom that humans have yet to fully achieve and what is more free than flight?

Boggat: Bars of a cage. Lani is terrified of being caged and lacking freedom more than he is of death. Because death mostly isn't on his mind.

[Darryl Bond]

Animagus: Any sort of cat. Those cocky bastards are always primping themselves and do consider themselves better than others. They get fierce when their tail is pulled, or something similar, though some can be nonconfrontational as well. And come on.

Patronus: Peacock. A bird that generally flaunts its brilliance and beauty before others. Darryl also likes to let his feathers be seen by others. Even if the bird is flightless, they can still pack a punch. Or a nip.

Boggart: His family, generally, telling him exactly how much of a mistake he is, and how much he embarrasses and humiliates them just by being who he is. You didn't hear it from me...

[JD Paerson]

Animagus: Cheetah. JD couldn't stand to have to slow down too much. He also would like the idea of being unique, and he's got a bit of a cat's stand-offishness anyway. The cheetah is a solitary animal, as well, which would suit Jonah just fine.

Patronus: Goldfish. Don't laugh. When he was growing up, JD wasn't able to have pets. He once won a goldfish at a school carnival, though, and he brought it home. For one week, that goldfish was his best friend, at least until he had to give it away. It also was his first small rebellion against the strict rules and against his father.

Boggart: JD in a military outfit. He's secretly terrified to have to go back and join the military at some point. His boggart would take the form, then, of himself in uniform, saluting an invisible point on the horizon.
