This Is What Books Look Like (Justin)

Xavier was not a library kind of guy. He didn't like studying and there happened to be a lot of thing that are flammable. Still he happened to be in the library this very moment for nothing to do with studying. He had spotted a kid that he didn't know and he decided to do a little spying. Plus he was extremely bored.

He didn't even look like he belonged in the library and stood out like a sore thumb. His spying plan wasn't going to work that well. Xavier did something normally didn't do and gave up and walked over to the guy. " Hey. You new?" He had no idea what he was doing and was kind of fidgety. He couldn't help but look at all of the books and think of what a disaster it would be if his power acted up.

Why did he even walk into the library?

Justin was reading books in the library not to study but to research and learn about crystals due to his slight obsession with them as a side effect to his power. As he was reading there was a small what looked like mini shiny tornado going around on the table he was reading on and it went around staying at a constant speed and never lost a part of its self. The tornado was really made up of quarts crystals that were ground down to a sand like size pieces and it went around and around the table's surface as he read the books.

Justin was about to get into a chapter on the myths and legends of crystals when he was interrupted by a guy he had seen in the school but never really talked to him or interacted with.
"No im not ive been here for about two years now" he said as the tornado stopped and fell into a pile on the table and he used his power again to have it go into a small glass container and he screwed the lid on it. "My name is Justin im in dorm 505 right across from yours." He said in a southern redneck fashion thats stuck with him all his life from upbringing.

Xavier had no idea what the dust tornado thing was but he was just glad that the guy's power didn't seem to be anything with his mind. Xavier guessed it was rude to interrupt the guy but he never got why people read books. To him books were just flammable items.

"Oh. Whoops." Xavier now realized how stupid his room looked right now with a big gaping whole in Mia's bedroom. " What's with the dust tornado,?" Xavier has no impulse control and kind of bursts out whatever comes into his head. " And what was the dust?" Xavier had no idea what Justin had just done but now it had caught his attention.

Justin probably wouldn't give straight answers but Xavier was buzzing with all of the questions in his head.

Justin turned to the guy and said "It's not dust it is quarts crystal thats been grounds down into an almost sand size and texture" He then closed the book after putting a bookmark in it. "And the tornado was a concentration exercise due to the fact my ability makes it hard to concentrate. Luckily for us you didnt show up about two months ago or we would have had crystal shards in us" He chuckled and leaned back in the chair using his legs under the table to keep himself from falling.

"What would your name be by the way?" he asked and saw how fidgety the guy was. "Kinda jittery arnt ya?"

" Actually lucky for us that it didn't hit me otherwise we would have been burned." His powers tended to hurt him more than actually help him. " Why do you have trouble concentrating?" Xavier didn't concentrate at all but when he did he really didn't have trouble with it unless he was in the middle of burning.

" Xavier, I'm Xavier." He looked down at the chair. It was wood as well. Why did everything have to be flammable? "Yeah well everything happens to be flammable in this dang place!"

"nice to meet ya xavier and that is true. so i take it your able to produce flame huh?" he asked as he got up and put the books away and grabbed his cowboy hat and put it on. "care to leave then? if it will stop you from gettin all jittery" he said in a chuckle. As he started to leave he put on some shades to keep the bright sun from his eyes as he went out one of the doors and waited for xavier.
