Powers: Precognition - Seb is able to see glimpses of events that have not yet occurred. His power is currently untrained and unpredictable, giving him random 5-30 second glances of events that will transpire unless future actions dictate otherwise. He currently has no control of when these glances occur or who they are about (though they do seem to fixate on people and events nearby), but hopefully with training he will gain the ability to focus them on specific individuals, situations and lengths of time in the future.
As a side effect of his power Seb spends a lot of time confused and seemingly paranoid, sometimes unable to differentiate between what was a glimpse of the future and what is actually occurring right now. He often loses track of time and has difficulty working out dates. If the glimpses are particularly strong or occur a significant length of time in the future he gets bad migraines that can leave him all but useless. If the glimpse was particularly distressing or dramatic he can suffer a nosebleed, subconjunctival haemorrhage or bloody otorrhea.

General Appearance: With wide blue eyes and long blonde hair, on first glance one would not be blamed for having to take a moment to work out whether Seb was male or female due to his rather androgynous face. He stands approximately five foot five (will mature around five foot seven) and has a very slender, twiggy build. His lips are full and his nose perhaps slightly too large, and his eyes are shadowed by long fine lashes. Seb's skin is pale and burns very easily, as is often evident in the summer months.
Sebastian often wears loose, comfortable clothing that he keeps exceptionally clean and tidy. Having been brought up in a strict household he takes care to always have decent appearance even when in 'scruffy' clothing, and his hair is always kept brushed and neat.
Personality: Quiet and reserved, Sebastian has impeccable manners and is very soft spoken. A pacifist, he will never strike another person even in self defence and despises all manner of violence and hatred. He can be very naïve and a bit of a push-over, making him easily manipulated, but he is very intelligent and can hold his own easily in conversation or a battle of the mind. He has a love of order and organisation and gets distressed easily when things are out of place, though he does often spend a lot of his time confused and disorientated as a side-effect of his power. This can often make him comes across as somewhat strange to those not familiar with his behaviour.
Seb loves to help people and will go out of his way to assist those who request his aid, which does sometimes get him into troublesome situations. Though he is scared of himself, other meta's and the power he possesses, he does believe that since he is stuck with this 'curse' he should try to find a way to use it to help others. Even if it isn't really always that helpful or comforting. “At some point you will bang your toe hard on the desk and it will make you cry” isn't something anyone might benefit from hearing, but Sebastian will tell them anyway with a polite smile and a feeling of a job well done.Your Vices

Born in Door County, Wisconsin, Sebastian was an only child raised in a family of anti-meta protesters. His youth was fairly happy but strict, his parents doing all they could to prevent their son becoming one of 'them'. Sebastian was raised to have impeccable manners and to be the embodiment of all that his parents determined made for a good human being, a friendly and helpful pacifist that was well read and kind to a fault. He only ever ate 'clean' food (unprocessed, non mass-produced, no meat except fish and chicken), was kept away from technology much more advanced than a lightbulb and spent most of his time when he wasn't being home schooled reading and playing board games.
Seb was taught from a young age that meta-humans were abominations, proof that the world was descending into chaos and that all those with unnatural abilities were violent and evil to the core. As such he found it difficult to make friends (you never know who might be one of them), but he was generally quite happy with his family. That changed very rapidly on one fateful day.
Whilst out shopping with his mother, Sebastian began to feel dizzy and disorientated. A few minutes later he saw in his minds-eye a fire burning, destroying a nearby house with children screaming inside. Leaving his mother standing there, Seb ran out of the store and towards the house in a blind panic. Arriving at the house he started banging on the door, and when the confused mother answered he screamed at her to run until her and her children eventually left the building. A few moments later a bra underwire get caught in the machinery of the dryer, making it fault and spark, igniting a nearby bottle of household cleaner and setting the house ablaze.
Horrified by what had happened, Seb's parents quickly demanded that their son be taken away from them and put into custody of the state since he had become one of them, and they had Sebastian packing his bags that very evening. Of course, it didn't take long at all for the Hammel recruiters to discover what had happened, and by the time they arrived the frightened blonde was already packed and ready to be taken away from home.
