I'm looking for someone to roleplay Mark Lucas, Christian's younger brother. Let me start by saying that I really want to let this character be completely someone else's, but the idea of handing off the reins that tie so closely to Chris is a little scary given I'm new. So please bear with me if I seem overbearing.
A brief history:
When Mark was younger, he was always the "good child" who behaved, was liked by everyone, and made lots of friends. He was almost the complete opposite to Christian, who was constantly playing pranks and getting into more trouble. He loves, then and now, attention.
After Christian went to Kocher, Mark found out that being the oldest child in the house was not easy. Now that he had no Chris to keep getting in trouble, his actions were scrutinized more, and he was getting in trouble. Over time he adapted.
As he got older, he began getting into crazy schemes, and while they were mostly legal, he always ended up failing out on them. After a while his family stopped giving him money to keep trying, and he had to scrounge up money on his own. He has his heart in the right place, but his ideas just never pan out the way he wants them too.
Mark is good with the ladies (I see him as EXTREMELY heterosexual. You should realize why soon.) and can be quite a smooth talker. He is almost always dating someone, if only so he has somewhere to sleep at night and a little money to work off of. (If you've ever seen Burn Notice, he is almost a combination between Nate and Sam.)
As you can tell, Mark is probably broke most of the time. However he does his best not to act like it, usually for the sake of investors. He puts up a good appearance, and takes care of himself. While he has money troubles, he is not financially irresponsible, he is just really unlucky with his bets. He's the kind of person who likes to play the long odds, with the idea he'll eventually make up for his losses.
He started his jobs out in Europe, but traveled to America before too long to avoid his parents' disapproval. He's been out in the States for a while, only occasionally visiting Europe again. He really doesn't settle down for long, that's for sure.
For his playby, I have decided that it'd be absolutely awesome to have a favorite of mine. Neil Patrick Harris. Here, enjoy his gloriosity.
Honestly, take him, make him your own, and enjoy.
You can also have fun with Mark if you want.
