The 2013 Create-a-Flavor Challenge!

It started out as just a few flyers around the mall. But little by little, the announcements spread across Pilot Ridge, with some flyers even being spotted around the Hammel Institute. As the flyers spread, so too did the excitement. All around town, folks were discussing what flavor combination they might create, and whom they would dedicate their flavor to.
It was on: The Shake, Sprinkle, and Roll Create-a-Flavor Challenge had begun.
((Hi everyone! So for those of you who don't know, Barbara owns the local ice cream parlor at the mall. To have your character enter the challenge, fill out the little form below and post it in this thread. You can have as many characters enter with as many flavors as you want! If you want to resubmit an old flavor, you can find the old announcement and submissions here.
Please submit by August 5. After that, Barbara will select three finalists, and then we'll have an in-character poll to determine who wins. Then we'll set up a thread for the unveiling party!))
