The Details
Hair Color: Dirty blond
Eye Color: Stormy blue with a thin white film over it
Any Piercings? No
Any Tattoos? No
Any Scars? No
General Appearance: There is no denying that Honor is beautiful. With her lustrous thick blond hair falling in choppy layers framing her heart-shaped face, her almond shaped eyes framed by thick eyelashes, her slim blunt-tipped nose and full pale pink lips, Honor is definitely a looker.
Not that she actually knows that.
But even without applying any make-up, her naturally freckled face is otherwise blemish free thanks in large part to the habitual facial scrubbing regime her mother got her on pretty earlier in life.
Standing at an average 5’6”, Honor prefers flats and sandals over heels. Her choice of clothing is practical and minimalistic. She is a firm believer that less is more. That is, the less accessories weighing her down the better. It would also be attributed to the fact that she doesn’t own much accessories anyway. All her clothes are tagged on the inside with braille indents on a small piece of cloth to indicate what is what.
Honor can be seen in everything from tanktops to loose blouses to summer dresses. As long as she can move freely in it, it’s on her.
What she never leaves home without is her white walking cane. She’s pretty dependent on it and has been for close to ten years. And her black brand-less sunglasses.
Personality: Even without her powers, there’s no doubt that Honor is manipulative. She knows how to use her assets to her advantage and is not ashamed to admit it.
Some may say she is promiscuous and frankly, they might be right. She just doesn’t quite care who ends up in her bed, it’s all the same in the dark. The concept of commitment is lost on Honor and the logic behind it is flawed in her opinion. [“A sane person shouldn’t have to remain faithful to one partner and forsake new experiences with other people. It just doesn’t make sense.”]
Honor is dependent on her chameleon-like ability to blend in even with her disability. She adapts well to different surroundings and doesn’t see her blindness as a weakness. She sees no sense in hiding behind her disability which leads her to have an adventurous streak. She doesn’t hold back when she sets her mind to do something.
It’s easy to call her callous and unfeeling because even before her powers manifested, Honor knew exactly how malleable the human psyche was in her hands; just a slight touch, a perfectly executed line and a glance, she could have anything she wanted. Her ability to manipulate people has given Honor an unshakeable sense of superiority over others, and she expects she could get away with murder, if she tried.

History
Honor was born two months premature and blind and for two months she was put under incubation care. Faith and Chance were distraught at their second daughter’s condition but they learned to cope with it and years was spent trying to assimilate Honor into society but it wasn’t without any hiccups.
When she was four, Honor was issued a tutor, Jackie Potter. The 28 year old med student was hired by Chance after glowing recommendation by Honor’s doctor. She was under his mentorship when he found out that she had learnt Braille because of her sister who suffered from a disease that caused her permanent eye damage. At first, Jackie had a hard time getting through to Honor but after a few months, four year old Honor warmed up to the med student and they became friends.
Jackie was Honor’s constant companion and despite her crazy schedule, Jackie always had time for Honor. As the blind girl grew up, Jackie taught her everything her sister had to learn to be self-dependant and by the time she was ten, Honor was starting to feel confident with her disability and became self-reliant. By then, Jackie was swamped with school work and her housemanship that she only manages to visit Honor sporadically and to Honor, it was a huge blow to her ego.
The young girl regressed dramatically as she acted out impulsively; ruining Jackie’s reputation in her family’s eyes and also making her lose her scholarship and basically destroying her life. [“If you can’t spare time for me, you won’t have any time for anything else.”] Jackie was forced to leave the country to continue to pursue her career. Honor found that it had been so easy to convince her parents and other people with choice words and the right tone of voice and expression...the only person who noticed Honor’s ease in doing so was her sister Hope.
Hope loved her little sister and for awhile, she felt helpless that she couldn’t do anything to help her sight impaired sister and Jackie’s ease at handling her little sister made Hope a little jealous but as soon as Jackie left, Hope stayed close to Honor, trying to rebuild the confidence that had shattered but with the close contact, Hope noticed Honor’s behaviour and was hesitant in telling her parents about it but when push came to shove, she alerted her parents. It was by twelve years old that Honor started to act even stranger than normal.
Honor began to find that every time she touched somebody, they would do her bidding down to a tee. It only lasted for a few minutes but the fact that Honor was aware of her ability was enough to trigger even more occurrences which grew with use until a few days after, the family was paid a visit by a cheerful young man who managed to convince the whole family of the wonders of a place called Hammel. The man avoided using any negative connotations and because Honor’s family was familiar with metas, they weren’t as scared to let her go. But that could also be attributed to the fact that she had used her powers to persuade them when the recruiter man was out of hearing vicinity.
Life in Hammel for Honor was interesting. She wasn’t treated as poorly as she thought but she didn’t gain any true friends either. Most of the people she hung out with were wary of her powers and were always second guessing why they were hanging out with her: was it because she had compelled them to? It became so that Honor resented being around those people and actually started using her powers on them. She grew softer around them when she found out her sister was expecting and would be married to her high school sweetheart whom the family already loved. Things around Honor seemed to fall perfectly into place except her, it seemed.
She did, however, manage to graduate both her ability training and academics without a hitch, something she could call her own achievement. University life, though, was nowhere near different than Hammel except that she could easily use her powers without being caught. With her ability strengthening by the day, Honor’s humanity slowly dissipated. She no longer felt any sort of emotion or connection with the people around her unless she utilised her power. The only time she ever felt anything was when she was around her niece and nephew who seemed to love her as much as she loved them.
Honor was called back to Hammel when she graduated from her university to train the little brats who might very well turn out exactly like her peers, if not worst. But the idea that she could be in control of anything enticed her. Benefits aside, she was settling in nicely as a trainer.
Roleplay Example
Once upon a time, a boy named Tony created the Hammel Universe. He then gained citizens and one of them was named Nu who brought with her a bunch of mischief making elves by the names of Riley, Robbie, Ben, Ella and Honor. All they did was cause mischief for the Hammel Universe and its inhabitants, especially Tony.
The End.
