Wanted: Older Brother

So now that I have Nathan pretty established and plots starting with him, I'd like to bring in his older brother. This character is crucial to Nathan's whole makeup because he had a huge influence on him growing up. Whoever is interested just let me know, but pleeeeease be prepared for lots and lots of brotherly bonding because I'm just dying to see these two in action =]
Here's the basic NEEDS for him:
Name- Nicholas Darwin aka Nick (middle name is up for grabs)
Age-23 preferably
Power- Only required to have one, but you get to choose
PB- Steven Strait
Personality- The main focus of his personality is that he has to be compatible with Nathan. They're supposed to be really close and extremely similar. This is really the most important part of the whole app to me because if this gets all screwy then it just won't be what I'm picturing in my head. Basics would be real easy going guy, didn't really date back at Hammel because he was a playboy, maybe still is. That being said, he isn't like a total jerk. He treats girls pretty decently before, well, using them. He has to be social of the utmost degree and have a good sense of humor. I also don't see him getting mad easily because Nate doesn't. Negative traits could be really competitive and also somewhat arrogant when it comes to appearances (again that's sorta how Nate is). Otherwise you can play around with the rest.
History- It has to fit Nathan's otherwise free reign.
