Brief History
Lucy was the best older sister she could be, always looking out for Nica until she reached high school. Then she changed. She lost her optimistic spark (I know, but it's true - Lucy used to be happy and bright) and became vindictive and cold to almost everyone, including their parents.
The exception to the change in behaviour was usually Nica. And when Lucy got her powers at 16, her parents requested she go to Hammel as opposed to Kocher. Well, she's 18 turning 19 now and still stuck with another year in the States. But Nica finally gets to join her. The kicker is; how much will Nica like the way Lucy's changed over the last two years?
Personality
Largely up to you, but I'd prefer it if she didn't become something of a Lucy 2.0. The juxtaposition would make for an interesting relationship, don't you think?
