Being back in the US, in a new place that she didn't particularly know, well there wasn't a whole lot for her to do. Of course she hung out with Talen whenever their schedules didn't clash, but she didn't want to be the lame girl that only had one friend in this place. She needed to get out there and be the social butterfly that she knew she could be. It wasn't like she didn't know how to make friends or meet new people, she'd just been focusing so much on getting settled in her classes and not worrying so much about school.
Now that she was settled and more accustomed to things, she figured it was as good a time as any to do some socializing. Not that she knew where to start, but there was bound to be a good place out there somewhere. After doing some tourist research, she finally found a few hot spots in Pilot Ridge. Despite it being such a small town, it had some decent clubs according to the sites she'd checked. Lia wasn't usually one to party it up and get wasted, but she loved to dance and it was a way to meet fun and interesting people. Who knew, maybe a cute guy would magically appear?
After getting all dolled up in a bright red dress and heels, her blonde hair falling in waves down her back, she left the dorms and got into her newer car, heading out to the Pilot Ridge strip. It didn't take long until she was parking and heading into one of the clubs she had found. As soon as she entered, flashing her ID, she felt the music pulsing and lights flashed around, making her dress turn several different colors. She headed straight for the dance floor, and just let loose as a new song came on.
