Monday. Back to weekdays routine. Matías got up from bed, brushed his teeth, took a bath, put some clothes, arranged his backpack, triple-checked his homework and set to walk to the cafeteria. It was just opening, and he was the first one there: most students were still barely waking up, after all.
After taking everything he needed, instead of sitting down to have breakfast, Mat walked back to the dorm buildings. He made his way to the fifth floor and opened the door to Aaron's dorm, he had key he had asked from one of the blonde's roommates, and in the common room, he stood in front of Aaron's bedroom. Placing one of the food containers on top of the other, and holding them with one hands, he knocked the Aaron's bedroom with the other.
"Aaron?" he asked out loud. "Are you awake yet? You have Math in an hour, I have your breakfast here," he said and patiently waited for an answer. Tapping his foot lightly, he started to look around and then checked his watch. They were still on time. "I brought my own breakfast too since you said it was uncomfortable to keep eating in front of me while I wasn't doing the same," he said through the closed door, still tapping his foot and looking around. "I know you said to stop coming here every morning, but could you just open?"
Ever since Mat met the blonde, this had been part of the everyday routine: coming every morning to Aaron's room to get him breakfast and help him with any last minute homework he hadn't finished yet. It meant that Mat was waking up way earlier than most people in the school, among other things, but the Argentinean didn't care. It was one of his ways to repay the blonde for the painting he had damaged the day they met.
"And I'm kind of hungry so..." he was being careful to be loud enough so Aaron would hear him, but not too loud as to bug the other roommates.
