Victoria "Vikki" Jean, is a flighty sarcastic fan girl who bounces between having no energy and having all the energy. She has a history with bullying, mainly people bully her, but at some point she decided if she wasn't annoying some one she wasn't doing her job. She could use Friends, cause friends are awesome and share in fangirl pain when Steven Moffat kills some one off...again. Enemies. Cause whats the fun in life if you don't hate some one. And if we could get a guy who would put up with her insane fan girl tumblr brain that would be awesome.
