Age: It really doesn't matter as long as she's level-headed and mature enough to handle children. I mean child psychologists.

Personality: MATURE LEVEL HEADED AND PATIENT. I can't stress those qualities more. She's gonna have to be used to herding sheep. And she will also have to love these two psychologists enough not to completely blow up whenever they do stupid shit and she has to clean up after them xD
