Other: This boy and Phen have quite a history. I haven't worked out exact details yet, but they were a couple for a good amount of time, I'd say at least a year or so, after Phen came to Hammel. Rue was the one guy Phen let into his heart and opened up to, completely, but between Phen's growing addiction to his hallucinogenic dust and other issues, Rue called it quits back in 2011. Phoenix still is bitter about it, and the breakup caused him to fall even deeper into his addiction and made him even more closed-off than he already was. For any more details, please ask me or check out Phen's profile. It's a bit vague, but it'll give you a little idea of what I'm looking for.
Anyway, I figure they sort of avoided each other after that, but I want them to run into each other again. Whether they can work it out or not, that's yet to be seen, but I already have it planned out so Phen's dust is going to start losing its effects on him, and that's going to be a very, very hard road for him. If Rue could be there for him through that, that would be amazing - and maybe they can get back together eventually, because Phoenix thinks Rue is the love of his life.
As for what Rue is like, I imagine him being a pretty laid-back guy, with a nice sense of humor and a sort of calmness about him that just invites people to talk to him and let out their stress, which is how I figure he got Phoenix to open up to him. His ability can be related to this, but it's not necessary. His hobbies are up to you, as well as what he's doing now, but he would have graduated from Hammel a year or two ago. I think he's pretty mature for his age too, but also has a goofy side around those he cares about.
