Power(s): Tactile Anesthesia - The ability to make someone fall unconscious with one little touch. One major side effect that she gets from this is insomnia which from what she learned in Hammel is the opposite of what typically comes with this ability. She has trouble sleeping because she's constantly restless, but there are still times when she'll wear herself out so much that she crashes. Typically she tries to keep that from happening at the school she works at. Along with insomnia, she gets strong headaches and almost a numbing feeling when she uses her ability as if her fingers/hands are asleep themselves.

Just a few of the adjectives that my siblings (all eleven of them) would use to describe me. That's right, my family equals that of a football team including our parents. Fourteen people in one house, who'da thought something like that would happen. I sure didn't growing up, though it seemed like I got a new siblings every year that I got older. Not to mention I had two older siblings to begin with. Despite how many there are, not one of us is ever left out. There's always at least one sibling that is loved or favored by another, even if all the others don't particularly like that sibling all the time. I'm typically that sibling because of the whole 'overbearing' thing. Pfft, kids right? That being said, in our family, if someone that isn't part of the group picks on one of the Bishops, they have all the Bishops to answer to. Seriously, I wouldn't put it past some of the young'ns to soak a guy's underwear in meat (Cheaper by the Dozen reference).
Enough about them though, this is about me...which is weird because I typically don't talk about myself. Uhm, as stated previously, my siblings all think I'm a little bit psycho when it comes to taking care of people and organizing things. In my defense, I was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder (I dislike using the acronym OCD because it bothers me how the letters aren't in alphabetical order. Yes, I know that is a joke that people make, but I don't care. It's still annoying). I decided on being a Home Economics teacher early on in life because I've always loved, cooking, cleaning, and housework. I sound like a typical housewife right? Wrong. I don't appreciate those stereotypes of women only being good for housework and making babies. Having a large family is one thing, making that the only thing you're good for is another.
I'm what you'd call a contradictory person. An introvert that is very outgoing. A germaphobe that takes care of sick people. The only reason there's any contradiction is because of my siblings. I'm outgoing with most of them, very supportive and encouraging. I take care of them when they are sick, even if I'm completely grossed out. I love them more than anything and everything...which may be the main reason why I don't have or have never had a boyfriend or anything. I don't really mind though, it doesn't bother me. Boys aren't worth my time right now, I plan on getting myself settled before dealing with that.
Uhm, my ability is Tactile Anesthesia, I manifested in September of 2002 because two of my friends were fighting and when I pushed them apart they both fell unconscious. One of the main side effects I've suffered through since I manifested is insomnia, and even with the control I've managed to develop, I still find it difficult to sleep at times. I have to admit though, when the kids were younger, it came in handy.
That's about all there is to me. Long story short, I love my siblings, I'm insanely protective of them and I will do anything to make them happy. Even if that means I have to sacrifice some of my own time to do it.Behind the M A S K . . .Name: Trix
