General Appearance: Gaige stands at 5'11 and is rather thin, although he is fit (even if he doesn't have six-pack). He has dark brown wispy hair that he keeps slightly long, often letting his bangs fall into his blue eyes. His features are very narrow, including his face and his nose. He has his left ear pierced, something that he did while growing through his punk phase in high school.
He can usually be found in straight-legged jeans with a plaid button up, a hoodie or a band t-shirt. He takes enough pride in his appearance, but in his opinion, ruffled un-combed hair after rolling out of bed and slightly wrinkled clothes from the floor of his room don't put much of a damper on his style. He never goes anywhere without his iPod or his song writing book.
Personality: Gaige is a lone-wolf to put it simply. He prefers being on his own, which is kind of hard when you have so many siblings. It's a big part of his musical muse and he's really just independent. If he's around people more than he would like, he usually gets grumpy. He also has quite the temper, so be careful. While he comes off as egotistical, he actually is very talented in music--specifically the guitar, singing and song-writing, but is very private about what he's writing. He's just not dismissive of his abilities wants wants to share what he can do, he just can come off as a little much. Don't mistake him for shy because he likes to be on his own, he's anything but. He's a dreamer, an impulsive one at that and he doesn't like it when you tell him he can't do something--it will usually make him try all that much harder at his goals (which mostly have to do with music).
When it came to academics, it wasn't his strong suit, but when Gaige is really passionate about something, it shows and he becomes incredibly dedicated.
While he may act as if he's sick of having so many siblings (mostly because he doesn't want to appear vulnerable) and feeling as if he got lost in the middle of them somewhere, he loves them all and knows that it wouldn't be the same without them even if he doesn't admit it.
He's flirty and puts himself out there when it comes to his sexuality because it's his life and nobody is gonna tell him how to live it or who to be interested in.

History
Gaige was the sixth born of the twelve Bishop children and growing up, he continued to watch as the family became bigger. It's weird being smack dab in the middle of all the siblings and sometimes he feels as if he gets lost because there are so many of them, but that doesn't mean that he would trade his siblings for anything.
When he first manifested (and even before), he often liked to play jokes on his other siblings, especially trying to get the upper hand on his older brothers. Watching those manifest before him was fascinating and they all used to sit around the living room speculating as to what power each of them would get. A lot of joking ensued about who would get the good powers and who would be left with the lame ones.
Growing up as a Bishop was different because you already knew what was going to happen, there was no surprise in being a Meta-Human and he was prepared for it from a young age when his oldest brother Devlin first manifested.
Gaige was the ripe age of 15 when he got his power, a little later than some of his siblings. For a while he even questioned if somehow the meta gene had skipped him completely, but sure enough he manifested and joined the ranks of his siblings at Hammel.
Even from a young age, he showed interest in music and at Hammel he formed a band with a bunch of other Metas. He's still living at home as he decided not to attend college and is working hard to become a musician. He's very stubborn about his dream and won't let anybody take that away from him.
