The Life of a Greek

An hour before the new year:
As diaries are for girls, it should be perfectly normal for guys to have journals of everyday life. Maybe there will be something between these lines that will have some sort of importance in life later on.
Then again, maybe not.
A slow day today, without much to do. After meeting the lovely A. at the pool and finding out she didn't want to punch me in the face after much complimenting of the sort, spirits were lifted. At least I'm one step above where Rival ever made it.
Then again, just the other day, blindly walked into Hollister without knowing it because of sight of beautiful girl there as well. Note to self: must not blindly walk into stores without knowing where you are, or any plan ahead of time as to what you could possibly use from store.
There seems to be far too many beautiful girls around here. They're obviously a lot different than the beautiful maidens of Miami or the sirens of Greece, but still, a different sort of pretty. Generally paler and more easy going, less materialism than Miami without a doubt.
Still, Greece is surely missed. Sending love to relatives and my sweet εραστής (cherie) far off, away from all of the hassle of academia, living on the isles of paradise, not far from my γιαγιά και παππούς (grandma and grandpa). Oh to go back there and not worry about this proper education that Americans feel they need. I can thank my μητέρα (mother) for that one. Someday, after I graduate here and can reasonably control myself, I shall return to my homeland, and my love. As long as I can learn to tame my soul and fire and lust, I should be alright. It has been quite a while since I've seen you..
