Possible explanation as to why an English citizen attended Hammel Institute. Also explains stupid accent.

Final Verdict:
Gage seems like a man with decent values but powers are unknown. Unknowns are never safe. Given past, marking down as possibly dangerous.

Parents divorced, mother remarried. Subject Morrison was living in a house registered under mother and new partner’s name.

Important Subject LaRousse has no concept of secrets, or discretion. Can not be trusted with any information of any kind.

Born into the LaRousse family, Subject LaRousse is the only child of Antonia LaRousse and Gabriele Kutch-LaRousse. Heir to LaRousse Enterprise (science and medical research, and practically everything else.) Evidence of Meta activity in all members of family.

Subject LaRousse’s mother was killed in a car accident in 2003. The subject’s father explored numerous non-official investigibtory options. Anti-meta activists suspected. Nothing proved.

Subject LaRousse achieves above average grades, but is renown for being egotistical, provocative, vain, overtly flirtatious and generally a giant jackass.

Final Verdict:
LaRousse’s abilities have not fully manifested but show promise. Not as much as he supposes, thought. While LaRousse himself is only a threat to one’s IQ, his connections with the LaRousse company and Subject Gage, as well as the considerable resources at his disposal, make him possibly dangerous.

Personal note: Operation Deflate as thus far proven successful. Also, entertaining. Will keep eye on LaRousse’s security measures, suspect he is aware of hostile actions.

Subject Campbell, while well liked by students, is not dangerous. His position however means he has access to extremely sensitive (well protected) information, and his abilities make him difficult to collect information while undercover (operation filing cabinet was a disaster.) Also, his husband is kind of scary.

First possible demonstration of power at age 12: a water geyser was reported during a music recital. Dalton was recruited immediately to Kocher haute école pour les surdoués.

Brief return to the fire control services, then married to Travers. One child, Allison Dalton, was born 5 months later.

Married to head of recruitment, is known to be very protective of husband and foster son (see subject Campbell because I am not writing that shit out again.)

A lot less twitchy then his husband; actually seems to be able to leave the grounds and socialise and other normal stuff.

Hates peace and love and most likely pot and tie dye.

Served in the Rangers, most missions unavailable without risking detection.

Is extremely pushy, has low value on opinions of teenagers, feels entitled to respect. May in fact be a robot programed by the Republicans, only if he was I could control him.

Can be easily provoked; worth noting. Is dangerous, but doubt he will resort to physical violence. What is more dangerous is his allegations.

Subject has a reputation for being motherly and ‘a picture of perfect femininity’ (overheard comment from Subject Dalton on 14th January 2011) whatever that is supposed to be. Is considered easy to approach by students, and has a ‘soft touch’.

Her power would make her dangerous, yet it appears doubtful she would ever intentionally harm a member of the school. So, possibly dangerous, if you are a man over thirty.
