Dear Diary,
I fear it's been quite the eventful week and not of the good kind. It's past mid-month and my parents haven't sent anything other than a formally polite Christmas Card. Although the Winter Ball is tonight, I received no invitation. Perhaps the invitation was lost in the mail? My parents really do detest computer use and consider emails to be the height of bad manners.
My classes aren't going as well as I'd hoped unfortunately. My Trainer said that I'm too inhibited and that my shifting hasn't positively progressed for over two months! It saddens me to hear this as I've tried very hard to comply. But honestly, how can I shift shape in a room full of people staring?! It's dreadful and I really detest my Ability Enrichment Class. The Trainer did however remark that my dog to human form was far more rapid, though neither of us can confirm the 'triggers.'
Oh and I had a simply horrid run in with someone this morning. For some reason, the boy who sits behind me in Discrete Mathematics, blatantly glared at me! He has these slitted, cat like eyes! When I asked why he was so angry he said it was disgustingly stupid of me to chase him like that! I responded that I was contritely confused as to what he was referring to, and he actually called me a 'dumb fluffy bitch!'
I should've known it would have something to do with my beastly half and have to swallow back yet another dog insult. It's so peculiar because even as hard as I try, all I remember of him is a happy, joyful chase; something to do with running.
Perhaps I'll finish my Christmas shopping tomorrow. I'll need to get some sleek, efficient PDA organizers for my teachers and maybe find something nice for the angry boy from class? Yes, that's what I'll do. Maybe a nice pair of warm gloves would cheer him? I do hope we can mend this as I can't bare to think that I'd offended anyone on purpose or shown poor manners.
They'll be calling lights out soon so I'd best get to bed. Tomorrow will be a brighter day, I'm sure. Who doesn't love getting presents for others?
Fondly,
Kennedy
