Wanted: Plot Characters!

Okay, maybe me posting this as a mod is a little misleading. xD But it is what it is.
So, I'm looking for some people to help me out with a plot I have in planning over the next year or so for the Meian family, namely involving the head of the house hold Vincent. This plot will help me further some avenues with his character and that of the other family members that I wish to explore, and I would really like YOUR help with it Hammel!
Right now, I am accepting both active characters and new characters for consideration with this plot. My only stipulation is that once this plot starts going, these characters MUST stay active. Barring needed absences and unplanned IRL issues, any character that looks to be retired will not be allowed. That's my only rule, but I'm sticking to it.
All right, enough of that; LET'S GET TO THE GOOD BITS.
Wanted: The Straw that Broke the Camel's Back
This character (or small pool of characters) is essential to this plot. Age, race, gender, and history are all up for grabs. There are only two pieces of this character that need to be marked.
POWERS must either be empathy (most preferred), mind control, or pheromone manipulation. This is crucial to the plot. PERSONALITY must include the use of powers when angry and/or scared, whether on accident or on purpose. The person can be vindictive or innocent, kind or cruel, but this flaw must be present.
Everything else about this character is open to creativity. Have at it! Offer up an existing character or make an entirely new one, but please make sure that they are available at least through late fall to early spring.
FILLED: Adaryn Breslin - Lux
Wanted: The Right Teacher
This character (or pair of characters) is also very important to the plot - more important than The Straw, but allowed to be off-screen if needed. Once again the age, race, gender, and history are (mostly) up for grabs, as well as personality and power set. There are, however, a few very key stipulations here as well.
HISTORY must include an understanding of physics, specifically experimental physics and popular theories. This must be applied with a college degree of some sort, which means that while young characters are allowed, it must be within relative reason. Additionally, the character must have a particular PERSONALITY trait; they must be willing to help others.
There are some bits of leeway that can be applied should two different characters be app'd for this (such as siblings, teacher/apprentice, etc.), and those can be discussed with me personally if you are interested.
Wanted: The Long Lost Sister
I have actually already put up a request for this character (long before the trend of separated twins showed itself), and I would really like it if this character is picked up in time for this thread to go through. She is NOT essential to the plot, but it would be very cool to have her around.

Finally, there's everyone else that's currently involved with the family or looks to be involved. Current and future relationships are important and will set the course for how this plot plays out. If anyone wants to get current characters involved in the plot, feel free to post on my plotter (or here) as normal. We'll set things up, and hopefully some interesting interactions come out of this!
NOTE: If you already play a member of the Meian family or a friend, you MAY choose to back out of this. This is not being forced on anyone, I promise. You may continue to post with these characters as normal, going about their jobs, school, and lives. I only request (seriously, request not order, I promise) that the major plot point have these characters involved. If you don't want to, that's cool.
