A narrow three-story townhouse a short walk from downtown Pilot Ridge. Unassuming from the outside, but packed full of tech, media, and games. And booze.
The basement is large and open, with several different odd types of seating (themed beanbags, legless rocking chairs, a modular Tetris couch, and fully-functioning plushie nintendo controllers, etc.), a gigantic flat screen tv hooked up to a hub of several different consoles, a Pacman-shaped shelving unit for the most commonly used games and DVDs, a couple of tables made from functioning arcade games, multiple collapsed tables for tabletop gaming, an At-At-shaped liquor cabinet, and a massive storage closet housing primarily board games as well as some other ephemera. It is her favorite room in the house, and also has the most complexly variable lighting and sound system. She takes great care to keep the place stark white except for the Nintendo blue rug.
The main floor consists mostly of the modernly decorated kitchen (with Tardis-shaped fridge/freezer) and dining area (including a pantry primarily devoted to liquor) as well as a sitting area (mostly filled with books) and half bathroom. In the wall by the stairs is a recessed soda machine housing primarily caffeinated beverages.
The top floor is primarily split between two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room, though the second bedroom (intended for guests) is actually used for game, book, collectible, and DVD storage and a second set of computers that are hooked up to a single-person scorpion work station she finds ideal for solo use and work projects. Her bedroom itself is mostly lacking in technology. To be honest, she usually falls asleep in the basement, usually on the giant Millennium Falcon beanbag.
The house is full of framed prints and illustrations, replicas of different items from tv shows, movies, games, comics, and books, and mounted tablets all patched into one primary network controlling the entire system for the house.
She has a small backyard which she only uses for the fire pit she keeps out there and the emergency generator in the shed.
She has spent years amassing this collection, and has frequently skimped on other expenses (ramen = not a healthy meal) for the sake of her home decor or game collection or convention fund... Let's just say her liquor cabinet is far more full than the rest of her kitchen.
