Kasen already didn't like Hammel. Some crummy recruiter just appeared to scoop her off to just where he came from, the middle of nowhere. Worse yet, a school. An actual fricken school! She hadn't been to one in years, and had no intention of enrolling anytime soon. But no. The recruiter-dude didn't even give her an option. It was "hey kid pack up your crap, you're going to a school for freaks." Granted, he didn't say it like that, but it sure felt that way for the young girl.
To add to her dismay, Kasen was going to be living in a dorm. With complete strangers. What if they blew up her stuff with their power or had no respect for privacy?! Even with her power, Kasen couldn't keep her eyes on the roommates all the time, if she was out it could be possible that they take a look around her room. She didn't want to put up with some annoying brat.
Stepping into the common room of her assigned dorm, 214, Kasen took a look around. It looked like an ordinary living room if she ever saw one. A television sat in front of a couch and a couple doors on opposite walls, obviously each leading to a bedroom. She went to a door that looked blank and very unused, inside the room was also very vacant. The walls were clean and white, the curtains pulled, and the bed had unused sheets without as little as wrinkle in it. She was all for a clean environment, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, but the freakishly blank white room almost seemed to mock the albino girl. Thus, she plopped her bags on the bed and returned to the common room with a scowl.
She stepped through, looking around. Was there even anyone else here?
