Other Important Info: Yuri is a brat, trouble maker, and a con-artist. But she looks up to her brother and is somewhat possessive of him. I picture her as being really selfish and very fashion conscious.

What plots, if any, do you have in mind? Mostly just her being a brat to her big brother and possibly trying to get in the way of any of her brother's love interests.
How often do you need this character to post? A semi-regular basis. While she's not imperative to his plots, I'd rather she not disappear in the middle of one.
Do you have any other needs or restrictions regarding this request? Just to be willing to plot with players other than me. It'd be nice if she could really come alive as her own person.
