PLAYER WANTS

What is your plotting philosophy?

I'm not one to pre-plot. Basic starting ideas are put out there at the start, but how things progress I like to see just grow naturally through rp and interaction. I live to throw curveballs and enjoy the spontaneous. Having something entirely planned feels too artificial and constraining. And boring. If you're the type that must absolutely plan things, I'll do my best to accommodate.


What types of plots are you interested in playing?

The most I'd want is for my characters to grow and change and have a variety of experiences ranging from good to godawful, especially when it comes to Alyssa and Lyra. Those two are built to experience growth and change. Maiella's the more fun and adventurous type character so crazy fun plots are more up her alley. I'd love them all to have wonderful friends, combative enemies, crazy frienemies, whirlwind crushes (in small doses), have all the feels, have crushing disappointments, tears -the whole experience!

So yeah, throw just about anything my way. It'll be fun to me no matter what.


What types of plots are you not interested in playing?

I'm not particularly picky about what I won't play. Best to just read my limits below.


How often can you reply to any given thread?

I try to reply ASAP. I hate to keep a thread waiting. I also generally (barring dire circumstances) try to give some notice if I cannot reply in timely manner for any reason.

But I am also a horribly scatterbrained person with a hectic job, hence why it's hard for me to keep track of things. If there's a thread that I have not replied to, it's rarely because of lack of interest and more of I forget things so easily that it's embarassing. For the love of god, poke me a reminder. XD I'm trying really hard to change this.


What is the longest you're willing to wait for a reply to a thread?

I'll wait as long as necessary as long as there's still interest in a thread.


Are you open to RPing over instant messengers? If so, what's the best way to contact you and what times are you generally available?

Sure, why not? I like the instant messenger ones for little one off sessions that may not require a thread or for building small experiences between characters. There's Skype for that, but I'm not on it all too much, best to throw me a PM. I'll get back to this.


Are you open to post volleying?

Done it before, will gladly do it again! Generally best to do it on weekends though, far less work worries.

A notice: if a plot/thread isn't of interest to you, please let me know. I value the honesty, either try to work something out or dissolve the plot altogether. Other than that, come at me~

PLAYER LIMITS

What are you limits regarding powerplay/godmoding?

Yeah, don't do it. I've been wired through years of roleplay to be not okay and not very nice when it comes to godmodding.

Give a chance to react. Never assume actions, somehow know thoughts or assume traits of my characters without my input first. If you really want do something to my character that badly, it won't hurt to poke me by PM and we can have a dialogue. This goes just the same if I want to use an ability of one of my characters on you, I will always ask/check with you if it feels like I may be stepping over the line. Common courtesy and communication goes both ways when it comes to collaborative RP. Please respect that.


What are your limits in regards to romantic situations?

Contrary to what I may say in the c-box, I DO like romantic plots. What I DON'T enjoy is having romantic plots to completely overshadow or be the entire reason for my characters to exist for is all - they're characters with hopes, dreams, goals and romance is just part of their existences. I don't prefer to pre-plot romances and not really picky with age differences if done well. I like interacting with others and seeing who my character hits it off with and let it go whever it decides to go, for better or worse.

If something seems to be brewing between my character and yours, I'll bring the idea up to you. BUT I don't expect you to "OMGlets hook them up now!"- too easy! Let's just see how it goes.


What are your limits in regards to sex (within the TOS)?

Imply and/or fade to black. Please. I've read (and laughed at) way too many horribly written sex threads by others and I know mine won't be any better, so I rather spare the possible horrors.


What are your limits in regards to violent scenes (within the TOS)?

Violence doesn't bother me. Just talk to me beforehand so we at least have a discussion of how far things go.


What are your limits in regards to abuse/rape in plots?

I generally try to avoid these but if there's a point to it, just contact me beforehand so we can have a discussion on things.


Anything else?

I extend the invitation to RP with me, I'm pretty open to a lot of different things and want to play with all types of characters and situations. I hope you take up my invite and I'll try my best to be entertaining. XD
