Hammel’s Secret Valentine Graphic Exchange
Okay folks, because the Secret Santa is always such a hit, Alex and I though we’d try something else out. Share the love people!
How it Works
- Everyone who participates will create one graphic for another participant, and in return receive a graphic they request from another participant. (Limit one request per person)
-At the bottom of this post, you’ll see a handy dandy form. PM that form to me (don’t post here or you’ll ruin the surprise!) and you’ll be entered in the drawing.
-After the drawing you’ll receive another member’s request, and will have until the deadline (see calendar below) to make the graphic! Then we’ll post all the graphics to share.
-This exchange is in no ways a contest. So please feel free to sign up no matter what your skill level with graphics. It’s the thought that counts here people!
Guidelines
1. As mentioned before there is no rules on the type or quality of the graphic. If you can do cool stuff with gifs, go for it. It’s your more of a find a cool picture and add cool text person then also, go for it! The purpose here is to have fun and spread the love!
2. Since we will be posting our graphics on-site, please keep them appropriate for all ages. This means no nudity and no graphic images. (If you have questions about what is appropriate do not hesitate to PM me.)
3. To keep things fair, everyone who wants to receive a graphic must also create one. So please only enter if you are interested in seeing and creating something! Consider this carefully, because it won’t be fair if you request a graphic but then don’t make one.
4. Characters: As you’ll see below, you can request characters for your Valentine to use; they can be your characters or someone else’s. Additionally, you must use all of the characters that are requested.
5. Graphics are not cannon.
6. Graphics should be no larger than 500x400.
Calendar
Signups: Now through January 19th at 11pm EST.
Assignments: Will be drawn the night of January 19th and PM’d to all participants.
Check-in: I’ll be in touch with everyone on February 1st to check in and see how things are going. This is not the deadline, but it helps to make check that people haven’t dropped out because things have come up, ect.
Reveal: Starting February 13th at midnight EST and goes until February 20th at 11:59 pm EST. This is so folks have a whole week of leeway to deal with school, work, etc.

[b]PICTURE(S) TO USE:[/b] (If you have pictures of the playbys you’d like used, please link them here. Just remember that it’s not always possible to use the pictures you have chosen.)
[b]TEXT:[/b] (If you have text that’d you’d like included, or if you want the character’s names.)
[b]SIZE:[/b] (What size you’d like the graphic to be.)
[b]REQUEST DETAILS:[/b] (What you’d like to see. This means the kinds of colors, backgrounds, ect. Here’s where you tell your Valentine what you’re hoping for. Also be sure to specify if this is a shipping graphic. While this is a Valentine exchange the graphic does not have to be love centered. If you want to give your Valentine free reign, just say so.)

I will do my best to cater to everyone’s needs, thought it may not be 100% possible.
