What plots, if any, do you have in mind? Nothing in particular, just thought it'd be fun to have him around since he allegedly is supposed to visit from time to time. Maybe he moves to Pilot Ridge for some reason?
How often do you need this character to post? Since there are no planned plots, not very imperative. I'd rather have this character be capable of standing on his own without the dependency of the requesting characters.
Do you have any other needs or restrictions regarding this request? Nothing I can think of but pm me to hash out details if you're interested. Again, this is mostly just a character I think would be fun to have around. There are no real expectations behind it.
