Lennox tends to have trouble remembering details of their own past at times – what was really her own memories, or what she'd witnessed, and occasionally forget what year/month/day it is. As with most mental abilities, migraines result.

General Appearance:

Lennox is a petite blonde standing at 5'3" but people rarely notice her size due to the confidence in her walk. She was raised to walk with her shoulders back and head high, seeping confidence, and boy has it worked. She has a classic kind of beauty and is definitely self aware. It isn't that she's totally conceded, but she does recognize that she's an attractive girl and doesn't feel bad using it to her advantage.

Her style is somewhere inbetween girly and casual cool. She doesn't like too look like she put a whole lot of work into her style, but she definitely does. She is a master at pairing vintage thrift store finds with luxury items and has even been known to DIY her own accessories or cut up an old t-shirt and make it something totally new.

Personality: Lennox is a southern belle gone wild. Upon meeting her, she is all smiles and the definition of charm. She likes words, and is quite the flatterer. But if she gets bored watch out because she's absolutely prone to trouble. She doesn't take no for an answer, she doesn't like the word can't, and her ridiculous amount of pride and stubbornness makes saying no to any dare absolutely impossible for the blonde.

Socially, she has equal parts acquaintances as enemies. She has the tendency to demand attention in a room, and has been known to make it all about her which can get on certain people's nerves. While she is a people person and likes to surround herself with others she doesn't tend to like to keep too many people closer than an arms length, largely due to her abilities. The fact she often sees people's memories, usually very private ones they'd rather keep to themselves has put Len in uncomfortable situations before where she knows too much... it's a breach of privacy and she gets that. Because of this, and losing friends over it before, she'd rather just keep to herself to avoid seriously hurting others. This is a huge inner conflict for the blonde considering her love for attention, but as of right now, she considers it a necessary evil to stay away.

Len is a bit of a flirt. She likes to think she has standards, and likes to pretend that she's a virgin, though she's anything but though her history of past flings would beg to differ.

Secret: She once used the knowledge of someones memory against them without them knowing. Through the memory she found out their fears and subtly used it against them. She regrets this incident whole heartedly and is afraid of herself doing it again, as well as other thinking she'd do it to them.

History

Lennox was born in Juliet Tennessee to Arther Bessette, a local pastor, and his wife Dawn. Coming from a religious family in the south, Len's character was judged from an early age by the community around her. It was capitalized on that the Bessette children were to be examples, and even the slightest toe out of line would not be tolerated and would result in time outs, groundings, and going to bed without food among other disciplinary action. 

Unfortunately for Artie and Dawn their daughter Len got the taste of rebellion in her mouth at an early age and proved to be much more difficult to control than her brother and sister. She couldn't sit still in church, she had the tendency to sneak out even if it was only to the backyard, and from a very young age she started to flirt and distract the other children who were meant to be paying attention. She often got in trouble in school for chatting, standing on desks, provoking other children by the form of dares, and all together just being a nuisance. 

Academically, it's not a shock to say that Len hasn't and doesn't make the best grades. She doesn't care about academics and would much rather be out actually doing things. That, and she's not naturally gifted at any particular subject. It seems that when she puts out an effort she doesn't do much better than she would be doing anyway so why waste her time?

By the time Len was 10 her parents were exploring other options for their daughter, homeschooling was seeming more and more appealing as they felt that what their daughter lacked most was a stronger relationship with God, and if she could get that, and focus on that, her disciplinary issues would be taking care of. 

Lennox was homeschooled for two years before she manifested when she was 12, she was hugged by her mother and started seeing flashes of memories that didn't belong to her, moments of her mother's childhood and of people she'd never known or met. When she asked her mother about the people, her mother immediately suspected the devils work. The day later when the recruiters came to the door Dawn and Artie had incredibly mixed feelings. They were overjoyed that their daughter wasn't infact possessed or a devil worshiper, but were also conflicted about their feelings about meta humans as well as seeing their daughter shipped away out of their site and away from the church. 

She attended Hammel regardless of their feelings, and Lennox's relationship with her family has been up and down since. There have been long stretches of time where her parents struggled with their daughters abilities, but other times where they've supported her and strived to believe that this was God's intention. Throughout all of their ups and downs they've remained consistent in keeping tabs on their daughter to encourage her to continue her relationship with God, as well as to remind her of their standards. 

Now a college freshman, with no plans to move home Lennox is more or less happy. She continues to go to church, though struggles with her own morals and what she knows to be right verses who she is and what she does despite knowing that.
