The BasicsName: Chandler Aubrey Stafford
Nicknames: Chan (Prounounced Shan), Sweetie (To Mother).
Age: 13
Orientation: He fancies other lads, though he's still careful about who knows, and when he says it.
Desired Rank/Job: Student
Powers: Plant Communication:
Out of his control, Chandler can hear plants of almost all varieties speak with a human voice, if not a little mousey. He hears their thoughts, their conversations. And, when they're under duress, he hears their yells and screams. The volume and never-ending noise when he is outside brings him grating headaches. Not only that, his very soul seems to be bound with their emotions, rather than their pain. He's actually very happy during rain and sun outside. But when a gardener is using tools to cut grass, plants, etc. He is absolutely miserable. He also cannot directly control the plants. They act on their natural volition.

Any Piercings? No
Any Tattoos? No
Any Scars? None of note, no.
General Appearance: Chandler isn't a very tall boy. Though he's just turned thirteen, he stands at a meager 5'2. Physically, he isn't underweight or overweight, striking a nice middle ground thanks to a lot of his many extracurricular activities that he makes an effort to immerse himself in.
Much like his brother, he carries himself in a rather proud manner that one could expect, coming from a family of his status. Much attention is paid to his general appearance on a day to day basis. Smooth skin, and slicked back hair is an absolute must on his list, even after rigorous exercise. His clothing is fancy, but not always super-formal. Usually, it's casual-wear, with a nice polo, and some slacks, instead of weighing himself down with suit pieces.
His skin is nicely tanned, and most of his muscle focus is on the core. Again, thanks to his activities.
Personality: Chandler's a bit of a sensitive boy. When it comes to his brother, he's a servile doormat, who likes to keep the heir to the family happy with him, for very obvious inner-political reasons. (When he's in control of the family and the bulk of the funds, he wants to stay in his good graces.) This of course, has translated over the years to an overall niceness. He's not a snob, like many expect. In fact, he starts caring about people really early in to meeting them.
But, he's not too much of a doormat to those that wish him ill. Also, most people that are rude to his brother, even if it's for his sake, will earn no love from him. He can be very giving and generous, but an overall suspicion with money leads him to not spend it as often, or give a lot of it away.
He has a knack to make sad people a whole lot happier, and takes pride in that. If he sees a crying person, gregariousness and caring will lead him to talk to them. He'll genuinely care about issues, without directly getting in to their business.
Also, he's craven in the face of danger. This was another over-time familial edition to his personality, an unfortunate one at that. But he usually doesn't take risks, even something so simple as climbing a tree. In controlled environments where he's assured there's a lot of fallbacks and safety (Like rock climbing walls in a gym, or a swimming pool), he's a bit better.
Due to the plants that he hears every time he goes outside, Chandler has gotten more than a little paranoid and jumpy when it comes to voices. Sometimes, he doesn't know if it's the plants speaking, or a person. It's something he finds himself worrying about.Your VicesLikes:

Not so much that he wasn't ever meant to be there, but the family wanted another daughter. The Stafford dynasty is a long one, dating back many hundreds of years, and they were always in the business world. And, just like back in the days of its origins, the son would inherit, and any daughters would be there to marry off to other families for monetary benefits, or 'alliances'. After all, the continuation of /their/ families was something they couldn't just shake their head at.
Diana Stafford wanted another daughter, anyhow. If the marriage was going to be an arrangement, it was at least going to be one she could benefit from. She already had to hang off of her husband's arm at dinners, fundraisers, almost any event that the very publicized man went to.
Little did Chandler know at first, he was born to a family that held a very large stake in several multi-national things. For one thing, the Stafford name was one commonly associated with nuclear energy, and crude oil. Both of which are ventures quite easy to control. One underhandedly, the other with plenty of competition with the Chinese. Since almost every country, from the US to Japan, wanted a stake in these, profits were large.
As a result of this steady, safe flow of income with the help of many pre-determined investors from lesser families, Edward liked to invest, himself. He is what's commonly known as a shark. Investing in startup projects for a royalty-and-equity stake in perpetuity. He expects them to sink and sell off, so he can either pick up the good projects himself, or just let them dissipate as a fad.
When he was a young boy, just out of the basics of walking, and talking, he was closer to his brother than anyone else. He loved him to death, and shared a bond with him that he just didn't with his sisters. He looks back on memories and pictures of them playing together, and running around with a reserved happiness. But as Blaise got older, it seemed there was a disconnect between them. As a result, he moved more in to the arms of his sisters.
Because of his father, and because of the fact that he is also a male, Chandler received plenty of introductions in to the business world. Stocks, the inner workings themselves... But, even up to present day, he is no expert, and a lot of the concepts make little-to-no sense to him. To his name, he holds a rather sizable trust fund, and a small pool of money with which he can collect interest, and spend on frivolities. But mostly, he's left it to the former, due to his father's strictness with "Careless spending".
When Blaise first left for Kocher, he didn't understand. And he missed his brother dearly every day of his life. But, this left him plenty of time to learn from, and grow off of his sisters and mother, instead of his brother, who was really just a younger version of his father. He became a more sensitive boy, more attuned to emotions rather than cold logic and business sense.
At age ten, they had a temporary move to the Continental United States. New oil prospects in several states were something they immediately gobbled up. With the Middle East already covered by the Stafford name in many locations, the next locations were clearly obvious. Texas had the largest opportunity out of all of them. A few takeovers here, some buyouts there, and a large array of investors with which they could intimidate with, the United States was something they had a piece of, with competition of course. As a result of this, Chandler knew that they requested that his brother transfer to Hammel, in Vermont.
At age thirteen, though, something was really /bothering/ him. Outside, he was starting to hear voices. Conversations that were never there. At first, he just thought one of his sisters had the telly up too loud. But every time, no matter what, he heard them. Antiquated little voices, they sounded like they had mannerisms from the American Forties.
"Rose, Daisy, Violet..." they kept calling each other. Names of plants. Fantastical imagination, he kept telling himself. Imagination he didn't want to imagine. But when their gardener took the hedge clippers to some buds, and thorns, the screaming and horror brought him no doubt.
Two weeks later, a strange woman came to pick him up. His father and mother, when he could next talk to them, seemed fine. It was the experience they went through with Blaise, after all.Roleplay ExampleI'll cite the RPs I've been in here, if that's okay. What About You?Name: Zach
