Nini: Other than that, don't get out much. Pilot Ridge is a bit dull at the best of times.

Ivy: I am. Me and my twin sister were recruited two and a half years ago.
Ivy: So you're meta?

Nini: For heaven's sake, please don't ask me about pronouns, it's confusing in French let alone English.
Nini: German probably has something suitable. 'Zweimannzusammenheit' or something I suppose?

Ivy: Twins, then. My sister and I are twins, but we have two separate, entirely different powers.
Ivy: Don't worry, I wont make you choose. I have a few gestalt friends who can't figure out what to call themselves. I'd think it'd be confusing.
Ivy: I don't even know what that means so I'm just going to agree.

Nini: Could always be worse - what if I was gender-fluid or genderqueer or whatever the word is these days?
Nini: Now that would be a minefield of pronouns.
Nini: I can't remember any other gestalts back when I was at Hammel but maybe I was just an extraordinarily self-obsessed teenager.
Nini: Any plans for the weekend? I'd suggest I meet you for a drink but I suspect that might not be entirely legal.

Ivy: There are several, but majority are very young this year.
Ivy: I don't exactly abide by legal rules half the time. I grew up in the streets of Miami. And no, no plans, really. Sister is going to tutoring, but I pretty much have the weekend free.
