Serenicity is a normal city, but not everyone here is as normal. Almost half of its residents are either in asylum, or in prison. There was times when people even considered Serenicity as a cursed city. Well, maybe they were true. People just can't avoid committing a crime or something really serious at least everyone once it a while. Maybe that's why the prison is always so full. And asylum never looks lonely either with so many insane people in it.

Come on, don't be so scared. You can still feel welcomed in our city. Actually, most of the citizens are very friendly and helpful.
