Breakfast for two? (Cameron)

    Madison was feeling so energizes today upon waking up. She decide to put that energy into a good cause and clean up around the dorm as a nice little surprise for her roommates. She threw on her shorts and and her teenage mutant ninja turtle shirt before cleaning the entire dorm. She had so much energy she was done within the hour and was on to fixing pancakes and eggs. With her headphones in she was totally oblivious to anything as as she danced and song along, off key I mind you, to Hips don't lie by Sharkira.  "Don't you see baby this in perfection" she sung moving her hips.

Cam wasn’t complaining too much about his new roommates. He really had nothing to say about them, they didn’t make as much noise as the old bunch. It was probably for the better for now, since he had so much past drama to deal with, but he knew things wouldn’t stay quiet for long.

While he wasn’t the messiest of persons, once a place started to feel like home, Cam was your average messy kind of guy. He wasn’t expecting anyone to clean up after him, but it seemed like his new roomie Madison had done them all a favour and had tidied the place up a bit.

Cam could hear someone singing from his room, so he snatched up his video camera before leaving his room to go give his thanks to her, Cam perched himself up against the hallway wall and smirked to himself. Eventually she was going to have to turn around in the middle of her dance and see that she wasn’t alone anymore, right? Cam gave a little wave, recording the whole thing.

“Hey Shakira,” he teased, “whatcha makin’? It smells delicious in here.” Cam got closer into the kitchenette and glanced around. Maybe he could help with dishes or something. He set the camera down and pulled Madison easily into a hug. “Just wanted to say thanks for cleaning up the place.”

Madison still dancing started to spin in till she say her roommate Cam pointing the video camera on her. She took out her earphones. "Oh my god are you really filming me"? She laughed. "So this is how it feels to be on the other end of the camera with out warning. I have to say it is very strange". Madison didn't know much about Cam beside the fact he was attractive and just came back to hammel. She was planning on changing that like she did with Oliver though.

"I wish I was Shakira. She so pretty and has a good voice. Just pancakes and eggs. Hope you like them i'm making enough to share". She blushed as he hugged her. "Um ... no problem. I need to get all my energy out anyway".

"You know it," Cam said with a smirk, "you'll be the next YouTube sensation for sure." He chuckled to himself and continue to videotape her. "Oh, don't stop on my account, just pretend like I'm not here at all." Eventually Madison would realize that Cam had his own YouTube channel, and though he teased about putting her online, he wouldn't. Mostly his channel had him doing a bunch of different stunts.

"You should get your energy out more often," Cam said, releasing Madison. "And you are pretty, and Shakira having a good voice is debatable." Not that he was dissing, he just wasn't into her music. Looking over the pancakes and eggs, Cam went to the fridge. "Need help with anything?" Before she could answer, he was taking out the maple syrup, ketchup, and orange juice.

"I call doing dishes!" He added, because if she had more energy, she could just go for a run or something. Madison didn't have to feel like she had to do everything around here.

"When I do become a youtube hit lets hope its not of me dancing in my Pj's in the kitchen. If i'm going to get famous let it be off something I actually choreographed". She started laughing bashfully as he kept filming. "Really stop this is way too weird. I'm almost never on this side of the camera. Don't make me go  get mine and start snapping pictures of you".

"Thank you for the compliment" she said her cheeks starting to flush. "Actually no i'm-" she stop talking as he brought the stuff out the fridge and called the dishes. "Really it's cool Cam. This is all for you guys. I thought it would be a nice surprise and we could get to know each other. So all you have to do is tell me my eggs are fantaboulous and keep me company".

Cam laughed and shut the camera off. "Fine, I'll just keep this one to myself," he said, his fingers crossed behind his back. He didn't like making promises he couldn't keep. And then he started posing like he was in a fashion shoot. "You can take pics of me whenever you want babe," he said, giving her a wink. "I'm very photogenic."

After setting down the ketchup and other condiments, Cam settled himself against the fridge door. "Yeah alright, it's an awesome surprise." He smiled softly, he didn't want to step on her toes when she was doing something so nice for them. "I can do both of those things," he said, feeling useless just standing there.

He took out the camera again and started filming. "So, tell me about you Maddie, what's your favorite color?"

"That's good because i'm always taking pictures of my friends". Madison eyes went slightly wide. "Wait did you just call me... never mind don't tell me". Madison bite her lip thinking as she finished the eggs. Babe? Was he trying to flirt with me? What was with the wink? She shook her head at the thought. She was always over thinking things like this and probably shouldn't read into it she figured. He was probably just being silly. Yeah that had to be it.

She turned toward him. "The rainbow" she answered. "But if I had to chose red...wait no! If I had to chose yellow. It's the happiest color there is. Yet red is a really nice color". She tapped her chin. "This is a really tough question". Madison tucked her hair behind her hair smile. "At least get my good side" she joked. "Oh wait right there". She ran to her room and came back with her own Camera snapping a few pictures. "I needed one of you anyway". She looked at it and her smile grew. "It looks really good. You are photogenic". She set her camera down on the counter and got out the plates so she could serve the food.  "So how long you been into filming"?

"Yeah, me too," Cam said, his smile soft. He hadn't taken pictures of his friends in so long. Ever since he and Declyn broke up, Cam wasn't really keen on taking so many pictures. All of those pictures of them together, now buried in a box somewhere back in California. "What, babe? You don't like it?" Cam knew some girls thought it was rude, so he would quit if she wanted him to. Otherwise it was just a compliment, and yes, he was flirting.

Cam laughed as Maddie struggled to pick just one favorite color. "Why not just go with the rainbow? Seems to suit ya." He glanced between the camera screen and actually looking at her and watched as she went back for her own camera. "It's camera inception!" He announced as she took a picture of him filming her. Cam laughed softly as she announced that he was photogenic. "Told ya."

Setting down his camera as well, Cam went to serve up a plate of the noms food for himself. "Uh, this is my third year of fiddling around with it." Cam grabbed a second plate and filled it up for Maddie. "What about you? Been taking pictures for a while?" Cam smiled brightly and brought both plates to the small kitchenette table. "Oh! I think there's o.j. in the fridge, hang on," Cam said, getting back up and going to the fridge.

"No it's just...". She laughed bashfully. Madison didn't know know how to respond to that but she knew she kind of like it."It's... different is all. I don't mind though". She covered her face as it went a deep shade of red. "Sorry I can be very shy sometimes".

"You really don't have to do that" she said as he fixed her plate but she didn't protest anymore as he brought it to the table. "You're a real gentlemen Cameron. I like that". Her eyes lit up as she started talking about photography as he went to get the OJ. "Only sense the beginning of time. Well more like sense I was five. My mom is a artist so I grew up around cameras and paintbrushes and things. Like my mom I like to capture the beauty I see in other and the world that people often miss. Also moments in time. I can go back to pretty much any moment in time from my life I want. I take a lot of pictures if you never notice".

Cam smiled, tilting his head to the side as Madison tried to explain herself. "Okay good, 'cause I don't like making people feel uncomfortable." He laughed and shrugged. "People have a hard time taking compliments," he didn't say anything about her blush, but he did think it was cute, "you'll get used to it eventually."

"You already made the breakfast and wouldn't let me help," he grinned at her, "so now I'm helping. You can't refuse me!" Cam laughed at his own silliness, feeling himself smiling broadly as she called him a gentleman. Most people wouldn't agree.

Apparently photography was her thing, as she was talking so much Cam had enough time to pour out a couple glasses of O.j. and return to the table. Cam laughed and nodded, shoveling some food onto his fork. "I did notice, and I think it's awesome." Cam chewed and swallowed. "This hits the spot, thanks Maddie," he drank some o.j. and looked at her again. "So like, you wanna be an artist too? Like your mom?"

"No problem I'm glad you like them" she beamed proud. "An artist or I want to be a dancer. I love to do both but lets not get into that. I'm talking too much about myself. Tell me about you. I'll love to hear all about who Cameron Osiris is. So give me all the juicy details like do you want to make a career out of filming? Your power? How long you been at Hammel? Your favorite color"? She smiled and stuck some food in her mouth and swallowed. "Anything really". She kept eating while she wanted to him to respond.
