The Basics
Name: Eliza, Alicia, Georgiana, Vescovi
Nicknames: Liz (but prefers Eliza), Lizzy (by her sisters; often adapted to 'Dizzy Lizzy' before she became disabled)
Age: Fifteen (January 3rd)
Orientation: Heterosexual
Desired Rank/Job: Student
Powers:
Internal Visual Memory Storage - When Eliza uses her ability, she is mentally transported to her own 'mind palace' of sorts, which contains all of her declarative memories. It is the location that she was in when her power manifested - a public library. She has been slowly improving on the strength of her immersion, but struggles to fully immerse herself in the library and use her body without her actions reflecting into reality when she doesn't want them to, for example, talking. When she has a stronger control of this, she will be able to minimize her sensory functions outwardly such to the point where she will seem to be oblivious in reality, and will only return if her senses are affected strongly enough (for example, someone shaking her violently or shouting in her ear.) When she is in her mind library, she continues to use her wheelchair, as she was sat in her wheelchair when she first manifested - however, her body is as is it in the moment she uses it, so she appears her current age, and in her current clothing, instead of being twelve.
When she intakes memories in reality (which she does on varying levels depending on her environment), they appear in the appropriate place in the library - it is, simply put, a physical representation of her temporal cortex. Her memory in reality is similar to that of the average person, unless she goes into her library. Whilst she is there, she can choose to discard unnecessary information - she has to travel to her mind library on a semi-regular basis and remove some information, otherwise she becomes overloaded with memories and struggles to remember short-term information. Once she has gotten rid of something, she cannot re-remember it, unless she comes into contact with it again in reality. If something has a large enough significance, she cannot remove it from her memory, so she cannot remove the knowledge of her family or loved ones, but she can forget the faces of fifty strangers who she's never spoken to in her life. She cannot remember duplicates of information, so if she sits in the same room all day, she won't have to go to her mind library, as there won't be a significant enough influx of information for her to have to do so. Different types of information are stored in varying ways, and in different areas.
Side effects worsen the longer she is there, or the more frequently she is there. It won't affect her ability to function physically, as that is controlled by a different area of her brain. If she stays in her library for a period of time exceeding an hour, she will get a minor headache and may experience fatigue once she returns, and she will have a recovery period ranging from 2-3 hours to 12 hours. If she continues to stay there for a fair number of hours (4+), she will experience an increased sensitivity to light, a slur in her speech and she will find it more difficult to understand what people are saying, as well as an the other effects in a more severe intensity, and a recovery period ranging from 12 hours to 48 hours.
Side Effects*
0 - 59 minutes = no / miniscule effect
1 hour - 1 hour 59 minutes = mild headache, possible fatigue (Seven times out of ten)
2 hours - 2 hours 59 minutes = mild headache, increase in fatigue
3 hours - 3 hours 59 minutes = moderate headache, fatigue and slight light sensitivity
4 hours - 4 hours 59 minutes = strong headache, fatigue, light sensitivity, slurred speech, slight auditory comprehension difficulties
5 hours - 5 hours 59 minutes = migraine, fatigue, light sensitivity, slurred speech to the point where it becomes extremely difficult to understand, auditory comprehension difficulties
6 hours - 6 hours 23 minutes = migraine, strong fatigue, light sensitivity, inability to speech properly, unable to understand others auditorily**
*In some cases, estimated and predicted. Table cuts off at 6hr 23m as that is the longest she has remained in there for. Side effects more gradual than displayed - her condition won't suddenly worsen as a result of it becoming the fourth hour, for example. At the beginning of the stated period, effects begin to show, and by the end of it, they are usually fully there to the extent they show be. Side effects vary every time.
**This table has been compiled by Eliza herself, and whilst it is very accurate and precise, she herself realizes that the effects may vary, in variety and timing. Heck, she might even get something she's never known of before out of the blue. This is practically for her personal record because she really does like to keep things in order. (The idea of randomization or variation is not one she likes, however.)

Eye Color: Hazel
Any Piercings? Once in each ear
Any Tattoos? No...?
Any Scars? Mid-way down her back from spinal surgery.
General Appearance: Eliza will usually stand out when she comes into a room, but not for the reasons that other people might give, such as having a bright hair colour, large build or fierce demeanour. What makes her stand out is her disability - she is chronically in a wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury she got when she was eleven as a result of a horse riding accident. Her wheelchair is simple and fit for purpose, but she does decorate the back of it with her own designs from time to time using different fabrics, which she sews on herself.
The girl herself isn't a model, but at the same time, she doesn't hold any features that one would find strikingly ugly or off-putting (other than her lips - she thinks her lips are too thick, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, really). Her hair is a rich chestnut brown, and is naturally wavy, but she will style it in other ways, if she has the time - she won't be made late by her appearance. She would prefer to look like she'd been dragged through a barn backwards over ever being late, which is why she avoids both by planning for the next day before going to bed. She is Caucasian with Italian roots, which aid her overall appearance. She has sharp, hazel eyes which catch every detail. She hardly ever wears any make-up more than just mascara on that part of her face or elsewhere - unless she has time. Her skin does tend to pop up with acne occasionally, but it is nothing serious.
If she could stand, she would be around 5'6", but in her chair, she just about reaches 4'2". She is of average weight, if a little under what she should be as she occasionally eats less or forgets to eat as a result of working too hard. Her clothing is fashionable, but not designer. Contrary to what she designs, she works with what she has to pull off her own unique style. It doesn't incorporate bright colours or bold patterns usually, but it doesn't need to. She prefers to wear dresses over anything else, and takes a lot of the inspiration for her style from older clothing and design. Plus, a dress is easier to put on over trousers and a top. When she is by herself, however, she will pull her hair into a messy bun and wear whatever is most comfortable (although, likelihood is it will have some kind of coordination to it - clashing colours would be the death of her).
Personality: Eliza is a girl of brains. She strives to work hard simply for the reward at the end of it all - be it a high grade, or simply the fact that she will know for the future and be able to fight her viewpoints with cold, hard fact. She has a strict studying schedule and will stick to it unless the world's ending. In fact, she is a stickler for planning and organization - you have to know what you're doing before you do it, or the possibility of the outcome being negative is increased, and you lose the point of the whole interaction. Some people have the ability to be relaxed and carefree and to just go with it, but for Eliza? It puts her into the kind of stress she doesn't want or need to deal with. She likes to be stressed out, strained, to push her limits... but within her comfort zone, and in her way. She will work intensely hard on something to do it to the best of her ability, and she could not do that without structuring it all out and giving it immense thought and attention to detail. It does get to a point of obsessiveness - the organization she puts into things. Once she has decided to do something, she will not diverge from that path.
Eliza is neither sociable, nor unsociable. She keeps up the levels of socialization she sees fit to keep her happy and to keep up with her friends. The girl herself is a friend that one could depend on - she would never lie, as it wastes time. Sometimes, she is honest to the point of being brutal, but it's only because she can be a little naive on that side of things. She knows how to respectfully treat others, and follows through with that practise, but she can be a bit too serious. Her sense of humour can tend to be stiff, and she has had her fair number of awkward moments, but that does not at all mean she can't deal with being around others. Her empathy might not be the best, but she does care about each other, and despite what first impressions might show off, she has a loud voice and a strong opinion and she will make them heard.
Of course, like everybody else, she likes to have her fun. She has fit into her schedule times to let herself design and ponder ideas, mind-map and discover what she can do. She always has a sketchbook tucked into her wheelchair pouch - even with a structured mind like her's, she knows that muse is a flowing thing, and it's difficult to work with, but she can create great designs, with huge attentions to detail and a lot of care and attention. It all comes back around to working hard for a purpose, and she likes to put her heart and energy into her work. Nature, mainly animals, is usually the focus of her designs. She has many sketches of animals, such as horses. Mainly horses. Galloping, standing, close ups of their faces. She just things they are magnificent and are such great horses to work with - she is still horse riding, even now.Your VicesLikes: + Organization and organizing

She was born into a family with a mother born in the same hospital and raised in the same town, Marshall, her whole life (except for the time whilst she was at Hammel) and a father who was born in Italy, and lived in Europe, until he decided to travel to other areas of the globe, in his research of meta humans. Being one himself, and having been trained at Kocher, he was intrigued as to how they existed, what made them different. He was also interested by the other schools at which students were trained. He met Lucinda when his car got a flat tyre in Marshall, and the rest is history.
From a young age, the parents could tell that Eliza was something special. Well, they considered all of their four daughters special, but Eliza was an especially adept learner, with a thirst for knowledge, even at a young age. Her comments of naive incompetence never ceased to amuse them, and because of this, the small girl wanted to impress, over entertaining. Still, despite her thirst to learn, she was still a little girl, and was drawn to colourful things. From a young age, she had an eye for detail, melded by her mother, who often designed seemingly simple garments, which always held a secret, such as a hidden pocket or a line of delicate embroidery. The idea of conceiving a design and then making it a reality was fascinating to Eliza, and through the form of fashion and art, she became engulfed in a world of creative expansiveness. She would often draw in anything and on anything she could find, and all copies of this are now stored in a box in the loft of her family's house. No matter how seemingly childish, she wouldn't throw those scribbled ideas away.
However, despite this creative outburst and growing intelligence, she was still teased by her siblings. The little girl never ceased to entertain her three older sisters, who donned her with the ever-so endearing name of "Dizzy Lizzy". The dainty girl managed to get herself into accidents on a fairly regular basis, ending up with a bump here and a bruise there. The most serious she ever got was a broken wrist, which she got after slipping on some ice and putting her hand outstretched to catch her weight. She was teased by her sisters a fair amount, but they did look after her when/if others were mean to her.
Eliza's first contact with metas (that she was actually aware of) was when her eldest sister manifested. Even having both parents as metas, they didn't want to encourage the idea that it was certain that their children would get powers - they had seen families themselves with two meta parents and no meta children, and the vice versa. They didn't want to upset their children by giving them high hopes. Anyway, the manifestation was... interesting. Char tried to be lazy about reaching for the TV remote and ended up finding her arm extending past the table and on and on and it wouldn't retract and it was all a little frightening. Her mother came dashing in (because her power suddenly detected another meta) and she called them all together, with their father, and explained properly about meta abilities and their family and what might happen. Of course, they had all heard about these powers, but it wasn't something any of them thought about enough, or expected to actually happen. At the time, Eliza was six, and only has faint memories of this event, even now, too young to remember it.
The next biggest life event that happened was her biggest accident so far. She was eleven, and she was horse riding. She had been horse riding since she was eight. It wasn't exactly a misbehaved horse, but he had obviously gotten a fright or something, as he began thrashing about and kicking, and Eliza got thrown against a post. She was taken to hospital and surgery was done on her spine to insert some rods. She was diagnosed with a T6 spinal cord injury, which was otherwise untreatable, and caused her to become paraplegic. She has taken to the new medical condition with (after hours of research, thought and consideration) an optimistic air - just because she was disabled physically, it didn't make her any more disabled mentally, and she worked just as hard as always to prove that. She also continued to horse ride as a therapeutic activity; one bad incident with a horse had not made her hate them to any extent, even if she was cautious at first. She still believes all these things to this day.
Since the power manifestation of the eldest sister, the three others began to toy with the possibility that they would too develop a power and go to have it trained. However, as they aged, more to the disappointment of Isis and Ava, nothing seemed to happen. Their mother, despite their pestering, didn't detect any development of meta abilities. It was when Ava was holding onto her last hope, at fifteen, bordering on sixteen, that Eliza manifested. Isis was seventeen by this point, and she had given up on the possibility of it happening any more, instead turning to her passion for writing to create the reality for her. Ava, however, still held hope. Ava, Eliza and their mother were at a public library. Ava had run off to see if she could find some guide on how to become a meta, in ignorance of all of her parents protests, and Eliza stayed with her mother. The tween girl was going through the racks and examining various magazines, trying to remember this specific designers name. She had come across this technique of using a "mind palace", where the person walked around a building in their mind of all of their memories and located what they wanted to remember. It was only a memory technique - something she was testing out. In her ambition for knowledge, she wanted to be able to remember everything possible. She didn't tell anyone that about her idea, which she had researched, because she was sure they would tease, even if that happened less often now that all of the sisters were older. The small girl closed her eyes to do so, but as she began to try and think of her own mind palace - her bedroom - a different world formed around her. A familiar one. She tried to open her eyes but her mind was firmly locked in the image of this public library. It was clearly different, the one she was seeing now held no people, though she could still faintly hear the sound of her mother and the sound of footsteps. She began to panic from the shock of the event.
Her mother was panicking no less - to her eyes, Eliza had suddenly collapsed in her chair, dropping what she had held onto the ground, and now she wasn't responding to anything. The woman felt her ability come into play and she looked at her daughter in disbelief before rapidly calling for help. Having minute medical knowledge, she attempted shaking her daughter as gently as she could to wake her, speaking directly into her ear. Eliza was whipped out of her separate world groaning, with a sharp headache and a hand covering her pulsing eyes. An ambulance had been called and they took her in, even though she was now conscious, to check that there had been nothing harmful going on. A blood test was done, and if her mother's unspoken knowledge hadn't been enough, there was now definite proof. Eliza was a meta human. Hammel was called and she was recruited the next day.
Eliza has been at Hammel for three years now. She revels in student activities for the sake of aiding with her organizational skills and tolerance for those that others might not be able to deal with. Even with her structured lifestyle, where she rolls not one wheel out of line, she always keeps time for the friends she has managed to make and keep. She hasn't been unable to make friends, she just struggles with aiding them in the ways they might need. She continues to work with strength and optimism and her own personal flare, determined to live the life she wants, despite what some might believe is a disability. She doesn't call it that, and she isn't being dishonest; "It's not a disability," she had said, "It's just a form of differentiation. It's part of who I am and how I work."
"If it was a disability, it would disable me, but it only makes me stronger."Roleplay ExampleIn the beginning of time...~*5 minutes later*...and that's why the meaning of life is forty-two, and also why the universe will explode very soon.Gryph: That's a bit scary, isn't it?George: Shut up your feathery butt. What About You?Name: APPLE
