Other Important Info: She would have moved from England to Pilot Ridge to be closer to her daughter quite recently.

What plots, if any, do you have in mind? Well, first off Rya would sort of reconnect with her mum after being so far apart for so long. Who Rya was when she left was not who she is now, so how she'd deal with that would definitely be an interesting thing to do.
How often do you need this character to post? Somewhat often. I'd like for the mother/daughter dynamic to be there because I really want to see another side of Rya, but I won't get mad if you can only post once a week.
Do you have any other needs or restrictions regarding this request? You can make this character into your own, that's perfectly fine. The only thing I need is that the history play off of Rya's (obviously). So the incident of her manifestation would have to be there.
