See that young woman up there? Yeah that's Evangeline (Evie for short). She's twenty-five years old and she has the ability to manipulate and control the weather. She has been at the Hammel Institute since she was fifteen years old. She started off as a student and is now an art teacher and a powers trainer. Read her bio for more info on her.

F R I E N D S
Evie would be one to have lots of friends. She'd a friendly kind of person and has proved to be a loyal friend over the years. This category is widely open. However, I think it would be cool if she had a best friend - male or female, it doesn't worry me. She can be feminine or a tom boy, so either way goes.

L O V E R S
I have a final romance plot set up with Ami's character 'Eddard', so Evie is set in that department. However, that doesn't mean she can't feel an attraction towards someone else in the mean time. I'd expect she'd have a few ex's as she can't seem to hold onto a relationship for too long as she is afraid of hurting them or opening up.

E N E M I E S
I'd expect there would be a few people that would clash with her personality. She can be quite stubborn, impulsive and outspoken, some people wouldn't like that. I'm open with this category too.

I have what can only be described as a herd of characters. So, in order of likeliness of plots:

Oberon&Evie
Oberon is Hammel's accountant, and would have been at Hammel at the same time as her, since he is 26 now. His power is duplication, and each of his duplicates has a unique name and personality. If Evie has known him since school, she would probably be able to recognize the duplicates easily. But Oberon himself is a bit of a dork, and maybe had a crush on her when they were younger? If he did, he would never have acted on it, though it might have been blindingly obvious. At the moment, he is best friends with his roommate, Jude Wilde, who would have been at school with them both, and is now a powers trainer. He is also in a romantic plot with Rose McGovern, a local in Pilot Ridge. (However, his duplicates are not.)

Eli&Evie
Eli would also have been at Hammel at around the same time, but he's never really been big on "friends." He's the librarian, and Hammel's resident genius. He's quiet, observant, and I would say shy, but it's more that he's calculating about how and when he speaks. He identifies as asexual, and would not be interested in a romantic relationship with anyone, and his best friend is Midori Hawkins, a recruiter.

James&Evie
James is another person who went right from being a student at Hammel to working there, and he would have made the change from one to the other right about the time Evie arrived. He has super-enhanced perception and is the Head of Recruiting for Hammel. He is smart, sarcastic, and stubborn, but right now is dealing with the aftereffects of a psychic attack. He's married to one of the other powers trainers (Chase Kilbourne) and they recently started fostering a little boy who has the same power as Evie, Nikolai Curtis. I'm really not sure about plots, but James knows everybody at Hammel, and he is one of those characters that ends up in a lot of threads.

Paulo&Evie
A plot with Paulo might be interesting. He is thirty four, and though he has the power to track and locate anyone in the world, he was never trained formally. (Cuba is outside of Hammel's jurisdiction.) He is a member of a metahuman supremacy group, and recently moved into Pilot Ridge with one of his teammates on a mission for their boss. He is undercover and posing as a newlywed software developer, and would be very interested in becoming friends with someone within Hammel.

OBERON & EVIE
Oh yes I could quite easily see them as close friends since they've kind of grown together with their powers and such. As for him having a crush on her when they were younger, I can definitely see that happening. I'm not sure if Evie would have returned his feelings in the past (with not wanting to ruin their friendship and all), but even if his feeling for her were obvious, I can't see her judging or playing him in anyway. She would have been flattered and let him down gently in order for their friendship to remain. What do you think?

ELI & EVIE
Although Eli isn't one for making friends, I can still see Evie going out of her way to be friendly to him whenever they crossed paths. I think she would be fascinated by his power and have the urge to talk to him from time to time. She'd probably be openly honest with him, telling him that he should get out and socialise more. I don't have a specific plot in mind, that's just how Evie would react to him.

JAMES & EVIE
Hmm interesting...I can easily see James as a mentor for Evie. Perhaps he found her and encouraged her to believe that she wasn't a freak? Perhaps over the years she began to see him as a type of father figure once she realised that her real father hadn't been treating her right? What is also interesting is the fact that Nikolai has the same power as Evie. We'd have to discuss this with the person who plays him, but I can see her following James' footsteps by mentoring Nikolai and treating him like a little brother. Any thoughts? :]

PAULO & EVIE
That sounds like a very interesting plot and I'd definitely be into it. With Evie being the friendly person she is (and with Paulo being rather attractive), she'd easily befriend him. However, I wonder why he would single her out? Do you have any ideas? :]

Oberon & Evie
I was thinking more along the lines of everyone knew he liked her, but since he didn't do anything about it, no one said anything. Now, years later, once the crush is finally over, Evie might bring it up, and Oberon can go "I'm going to just go die in the corner, okay?" And since he has no clue what to do with a girlfriend, he might go to her for advice about Rose.

Or maybe one of his duplicates can still be holding out on the crush?

Eli & Evie
Hehe, if one more person tells him he needs to socialize more, he swears he's going to become a hermit. If Evie is the kind of person to take people on as "projects", maybe she could start trying to push him to be more social, and encouraging him? He's happy with having one good friend and his dog, and would be resistant. Awesome antagonists: "Make friends!" "No, don't want to!"

James & Evie
James is kind of a surrogate dad to a lot people at Hammel, and if she was one of his first recruits that makes a lot of sense. He has a daughter who is only seven years younger than Evie, so he would have been missing her a lot at that point. As for Niko, he's played by Shea, and he has a couple of mentors already, since he's significantly younger than most of the characters on site. Specifically, he trains with Chase, his other foster father. Maybe Chase could go to Evie for some advice sometime? (Chase is played by Mads.)

Paulo & Evie
Part of Paulo's power includes the ability to "scan" an area for people, and knowing which of them are meta-humans. Though the Pilot Ridge area has a disproportionately-high population of metas, if he did a scan of a store and Evie came up, he'd try to see if she was connected to Hammel in some way.

[Dr. Sean Neville]

Sean's easy to get along with, and he would have been at Hammel when she started as a student. He's made the same transition from studen to faculty (although not immediately as she did), so he's fairly good at making friends with former students. He's friendly, fairly non-threatening, and you can win him over with Hostess cupcakes.

Well, maybe not Hostess, but with cupcakes in general. Ask Anya.
