Friends, Enemies, Significant Other, Please?

Hello everybody, allow me to introduce my new character, Devin.
Devin is a fairly friendly person, she's easy-going and relaxed and can be a great friend - if you can see past her tendency to be sort of judgemental of anybody who follows the crowd, and pretty bitingly sarcastic.
She's also incredibly loyal to those she counts as friends.
She's just calming down after a wild patch of a year or so where she went completely crazy, and that might have strained a few friendships. Basically I'm looking to flesh out the fact she's been here for years with the following people;
Friends, old, new and ex
The sort of people Devin is friends with is... anybody, really, as long as they're not 'sheep', and as long as they can put up with her sarcasm and realise she doesn't always mean it.
Mostly she'll hang around with spirited, confident people like her.
I'm looking for people who have been friends with her for a while, are maybe new friends, or are people she may have hurt during her crazy period that she's rebuilding bridges with.

Enemies
Devin is spirited, and sarcastic as I've said, and that doesn't always make for the best of friends, so if there's anybody (particularly any dedicated followers of fashion) who can't deal with her loud nature, they probably would have come to blows.

Teachers
Any teachers that might love or hate Devin are welcomed, I'm particularly interested in looking at that building bridges thing, Devin would have been a pretty decent student (most of the time) up until she was about 15, when she went off the rails. As she's trying to get back into everybody's good graces and get herself back on track right now, it would be interesting if there were any teachers out there who may have lost faith in her, that she has to gain back.

Devin's a bright, cheerful sort of girl so she definitely would have attracted some interest - or given it herself.
Mostly boys, but girls as well, I'm looking for anybody she may have fancied/fancied her/dated/slept with/still be dating, either before, during or after her wild period.
Any boys (or girls) out there interested?
Anything else also welcome if you can think of it, I just want to flesh out her past really, so if you've got any Devin-shaped gaps that would welcome her in your character's past, here she is
