Live and Let Die[/align]
Welcome to Live and Let Die, where we live out your fantasies. Everyone of us has entertained the thoughts of "what if?" What if this hadn't happened or what if they had known that before this happened? We've thought about it so much that we've decided to make it happen.
It is Harry Potter's sixth year and many things remain the same, like the fact that the students at Hogwarts are beginning to explore all their options and the inter-House rivals stand as they have for centuries. There is one major difference and it starts back when Harry Potter was a baby. James and Lily Potter did not die, no one died that night because there never was a prophecy. Harry James Potter grew up to be a normal teenage boy with two loving parents. Sirius Black did not have to die and Remus Lupin didn't go into hiding. Unfortunately, Peter Pettigrew still gave into his weakness and skulks about behind the Dark Lord, who is growing stronger everyday.
The Wizarding World is facing tougher times then ever before, what with the battle being drawn closer and closer to home then it ever was before. More people are dying lately and family and friends are trying with all their might to hold on to each other, never knowing who will be next. The Aurors are becoming tired and their ranks are depleting while more and more join the Death Eaters every day, whether it be from force or from desire. Stranger and stranger things are occurring but nothing can be stranger than what is happening at Hogwarts. For the students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry are becoming fed up with the struggle the adults are facing and have decided to take matters in their own hands, each House forming groups to aid the war effort...or to squash it.
Whatever their reasons, they can't be expected to just sit back and watch while people they love are murdered right before their very eyes. This begs the question "is it better to fight for what is right...or live and let die?"
