It was usually dead in this part of the building at this time of the day on the weekend. How did she know? Well, this wasn't the first time she'd dipped down to the auditorium to part take in one of her secret pleasures. The fact that no one had been in the hall had been a good sign for her, and had been what had kept her from just passing by the entrance to the large room and a peek in to see that the area was equally empty had her making her way over to the piano that was practically calling to her.
"Let's see what I can get outta you today, hmm?" Chassy almost whispered to her inanimate friend as she sat down and gently prepped the keys.
She started with a warm-up, testing out the different notes to listen for which ones pleased her the most for that moment. Then she rose a brow.
"Oh really? That one? If you say so." She stated before clearing her throat and flexing her fingers a couple of times.
Then, resting her fingertips gently onto the keys, she began to play.
"You shout it out, but I can't hear a word you say
I'm talking loud not saying much.
I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet
Shoot me down, but I get up.
I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away.
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away.
You shoot me down but I won't fall, I am titanium.
You shoot me down but I won't fall, I am titani----"
She stopped abruptly. The singing, the playing, all of it. It was cut short and she was quickly swinging one leg over the bench so she'd be straddling it rather than sitting properly. Why was this? Well, because she wasn't alone. She just didn't know how long the other person had been there for.
"These are not the droids you are looking for." Chassy stated with a Jedi wave of the hand.
It was the first thing she could think of to do right then.
