"You are such a pig!" Cassy screeched. Killian had to fight the urge to put his fingers into his ears and try and block out the girl's howling.
"Aye," he responded, "oink oink," he agreed pulling his nose up into a makeshift snout. Cassy glowered, if looks could kill, Killian would have been in critical condition. But he knew better than to get into a shouting match with the perky blonde. There were plenty of reasons that Cassandra was an ex--and plenty of reasons why he wanted her to stay just that.
"ugh" she huffed, "God, I forgot how much of a tool you were, you stupid fucker.' Killian shrugged off the insult, she had thrown much worse, much more solid, things at him before. At leas this time he had the good sense to hide the scissors. Last time they had fought she had tried to make him look like Van Gogh.
"You're one to talk, you're the Queen of heartless bitches if I've ever seen it!" Killian shot back. "Besides, you're the one who wanted to use me for your little itch,' he continued. She had been the one to text him, and then call him, and then call again, and again. Finally he had made the mistake of answering. The resulting several hours had been grand, good fun, but now that the festivities had ended...
"fucking bastard!" she continued to screech, "You always do this. Always! Willing to fuck me, but not date me? We could rule this place if we wanted, and you know it."
"Aye, I know a lot of things, much as a surprise as that might be. I know that we were a terrible couple, power or no, some things should be left alone. We hated each other when we were dating, we were fucking miserable, and you should remember that. Hell, how many times did we cheat on each other? Not worth repeating, not now, not ever," Killian concluded with a shrug of his shoulders. He could practically feel the anger and hate rolling in waves off of Cassy, but she remained coldly silent before turning on her heel and exiting the room--taking care of course to slam the door behind her as hard as she could.
"Women," Killian said under his breath, "will be the death of me"
