Free time was something awesome right? It would be if you had family to go to or friends you could hang with. Family Luke lacked, and friends.. well, currently he only had one and she wasn't going to go out in public so she was a no-no on exploring the city. There was the fact that there weren't alot of people around, but this didn't change anything about the fact that the what-if still existed.
He had taken his car and drove over to a random place of the city, not knowing what he would get himself into and got out to see what he could possibly do. Maybe explore a few clubs or something, granted they were open and served something without caffeine or alcohol. The few times he had even a trace of that did not go over well and he did not feel the need to repeat those few times. No, he'd just steer clear of those drinks. Though the fact he was contemplating going into club or bar was a step in the wrong direction, he felt. What if someone was there that slipped him something? He didn't like losing control over his body and could easily see himself being hospitalized because of it.
Stepping over a random threshold he shrugged that thought away and laid eyes upon a pool table. ''I've seen this before..'' He said under his breath as he walked over and asked if it was okay to play a game or two. The face he received was a confused one because playing pool in this time of year without at least a friend? Not every day you saw that.
He grabbed the cue and began setting up the game to play a round or two before maybe strolling further into town. But for now..
..for now he was glad his ability made him a master at this game.
