She wasn't one to drink alcohol, so why go to a club? Singing was one of her hobbies so why go to a place where you are required to yell in order to be heard? That last one was easily answered by what she sang. What she sang wasn't really seen as music for a lot of people, they'd describe it as screaming so in that respect her throat was pretty resistant and raising the volume a slight bit was the least of her worries. Why she went to a club, though, wasn't as easily answered. Especially not seeing as it wasn't really all that crowded yet.
She sighed as she took a sip from the soda she had gotten from some guy who was probably looking to get lucky or something. Only barely did she keep from pouring the drink down his pants in order for him to cool off, but decided not to look a gift horse in the mouth as she was just glad she got something else than alcohol from some horny guy. Maybe he'd be able to get lucky with her, she was just that easy. The only problem here was that she wasn't into guys.
The music was still not loud enough to require screaming to be heard, but that didn't stop people from pouring in, likely because they wanted to get in before people were denied. This wasn't why Celia was in there so early, that had another reason. She wanted to meet people and you didn't really need a full crowd for that to happen. Besides, if she wanted to go she'd just go. She never really got the fuss surrounding clubbing, sure she'd done it in her college years because plenty of people wanted her to go with them, so it became a routine for her to go to the clubs straight after school.
But now, she was older. And some things were better left not repeated. She grinned as she realized that was why she gave up on alcohol.
Plenty more people poured in and the music got louder as the whole club got more of those ''party'' vibes going. Maybe she'd just wait for someone to come by and talk to her. But by god that dancing did look good for some reason, and that wasn't just because of all the women present.
