General Appearance:
Fleur is a tall and lean girl, standing around 5'8" in flats (though often nearing 6' due to her nature of nearly always wearing some type of heel in public).  Her body is kept in peak condition through dedicated cardio workouts and light weight training, which she especially keeps up with during her occasional modeling gigs.  She wears an assortment of high-end clothing and is always on top of the latest trends in the fashion world, occasionally designing her own to wear.  She fights with her hair a lot in order to make it behave in the way that she wants it to, but she almost always wins in the end and typically wears it down and slightly wavy except for special occasions.  She carries herself confidently and with pride, as though the entire world is a runway for her to showcase herself.  Despite this, she is often seen smiling and apparently happy, because she's comfortable in her appearance but also wants to be approachable to some degree.

Personality: 
Fleur can be a hard person to really get to know at first, considering she has a habit of putting up a front with people in order to please them.  She was taught this by her parents, who often did the same thing in order to succeed in various endeavors.  However, once she considers someone a friend, she will let this wall slowly come down and reveal her true personality - sweet enough for the most part, with a bit of snark and sass and sarcasm when appropriate.  

She doesn't make good friends incredibly easily, but she's still not too difficult to get along with for the most part, unless you spark her temper.  It has a nasty habit of rearing its head in frustrating situations and she still has some trouble controlling it sometimes.  This usually results in her yelling at the target of her anger and/or storming off to go shopping until she feels better.

Fleur is also very stubborn in terms of getting what she wants.  If she has a goal or objective in mind that she wants to achieve, and gets it in her head that she's going to do it, then there is hardly anything that will get in her way.  This is especially true of expectations given to her from her parents, such as achieving the highest grades she could manage, after working hard to apply for (and get accepted to) one of the top designing colleges in Northern California.  

She has a strong passion for the fashion designing world, and hopes to become a famous designer someday and see her works on models all over the world.  Due to her stubborn nature, she is likely to do anything that will get her closer to this goal, even if it means stepping on some feet on the way there.

History

Fleur was born into a position where, from the moment of her birth, she was given a position of privilege and being allowed whatever she wanted.  Her parents, living in the Los Altos Hills of San Francisco, came from a wealthy family of business corporates, with a history of marrying into similarly-wealthy families throughout time.  Her mother became pregnant during an extended family business trip to France - a favorite destination of her mother - which inspired her name when she was born.  From that day forward, she was surrounded by toys and treats, attention and affection, on one condition.  She was expected to follow and obey her parents wishes without question, and follow the path in life they had laid out for her since her conception.

It quickly became apparent that Fleur was aware of this, and did her utmost to do what her mother and father wanted.  After all, what child wouldn't do what they were asked if they were rewarded and praised afterwards?  She earned top grades in the special private school that she attended as a child, went to piano and violin lessons multiple times a week, and studied English, Korean, and French when she wasn't doing other things.  She was on the fast path to success, and her family couldn't be more pleased.

When she was ten, however, a small (or not so small) twist came into her life in the form of a four-year-old orphan girl named Mei.  Her parents had decided it would make them look good in their community if they welcomed such a girl into their home and claimed her as their daughter, and so Fleur found herself with a newly adopted sibling.  It didn't take long for everyone to realize that the two girls clashed like night and day, but Fleur did her best to mostly ignore the girl and put up with her when they had to be together.  She was usually too busy being the obedient, angelic child to pay a lot of attention to Mei anyway.  

Truth be told, she did care about the younger girl to some degree.  Fleur didn't really show it, but she never wanted anything bad to happen to Mei.  When her younger sibling's power manifested and she was sent off to Hammel in Fleur's late teens, she had sulked about it for a while, both because she was jealous of Mei having an ability, but also because it was a lot quieter in the house without her around.  

However, it didn't stop Fleur from finishing high school with flying colors and being accepted into the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she spent four years earning a degree in fashion design and business management.  She graduated from the school in June of 2015 and returned home, only to discover that her parents had recently been in touch with a man in Seattle who was apparently interested in forming a marriage between his family and theirs for business purposes.  He had a son around her age, and both parties agreed that the match would be beneficial to all those involved.  

Always ready to please her parents, and excited for the chance to marry a handsome, rich man, Fleur happily agreed to the arrangement.  It turned out that the boy was a meta-human living near Pilot Ridge while he attended college, and so Fleur has recently flown into town and found an apartment to live in while she becomes introduced to her husband-to-be.  It has also allowed her to have her sister back in her life, something she's a little torn on feeling about.  At least it's better than stalking Mei on Facebook and making sure she doesn't do anything stupid.
