Nick has the ability to control or mentally affect the weather through weather manipulation. This includes the ability to generate various natural phenomena (rain, tornadoes, lightning, ocean currents, etc.) or control the intensity of the weather. Side effects include involuntarily generating tornadoes or other violent weather patterns when angry, rain when sad, blazing sun when happy, and often gets headaches. Also when Nick uses his weather manipulation too much in one day he does show signs of fatigue. He is older now, and Nick mainly gets minor headaches from using his abilities. At times, his emotions can play a part in his abilities. An example of this would be if he is feeling a little depressed, the weather outside could change to be a gloomy day instead of sunshine. He tries not to let his emotions get the best of him. If is constantly using his powers over and over again, he has a chance at receiving migraines.

General Appearance: When people look at Nick, they see a handsome man with a slender muscular build who comes in at 6 feet and 3 inches. Some might think he may be intimidating because of how tall he is but soon as he talks his charm could win any guy or gal around. His presence gives off a protective but friendly vibe. Nick continues to work out during the week to keep his body in shape. He is usually seen cleaned shave but some days he does get a little bit lazy and has scruff on his face.
Nick has a few styles of clothing he always wears. His casual side, wears v-necks, regular colored t-shirts, colored skinny jeans and all kinds of jackets. But he always likes to dress to impress when he is going out somewhere . Nick loves to make an impression on people with his looks so he keeps very good care of his body and the way he dresses. Nick hates wearing ties and will usually try to get away with not wearing them but when it comes down to business he will deal with wearing ties.
Personality: Nick is a loyal friend and partner. He will do everything in his power to protect the people he loves. This means he would sacrifice himself to protect others. He is a very passionate with women and men as well as being very flirtatious and romantic. His charm works well with his great smile and adored eyes. He usually can get what he needs when he is talking to someone. Nick can be manipulative when he truly wants something and won't leave till he gets what he wants.
Nick loves competition and will always try to win. But the downside to Nick loving competition is that he is very competitive and hates to lose. When he loses he will be upset and only upset with himself. Nick has a mindset of working hard to achieve greater things. Once he sets his mind on something he will do everything in his power to achieve that goal. Any Other Important People: Tabitha Jacobs was his foster mother. With her two sons Clay, Logan, and daughter ElenaHistoryNick never really remembered his parents. His parents died when he was only one years old. He was told that they died in a car accident. Nick had been in the foster care system for most of his beginning childhood. It seemed like almost every few years he would go from family to family. It got very annoying for Nick, once he started to realize he was moving around all the time. Nick was mostly quiet in the homes he would be put into. None of the families could get him to open up and it would get awkward. The families he would be put into seemed to not care for Nick and be more for that extra paycheck. Nick seemed to stay in the background with these families until something happened that would cause Nick to be switched out of the family or he would run away.
At age 12, Nick moved into another home with low expectations. He had already been in a 5 different homes within the past few years. What would be different than this home he thought. This family was ran by a single mother named Tabitha and was in her early thirties. She had three children, Clay, Logan, and Elena all around his age. Everyone was so welcoming to Nick, for the first time he actually felt safe for once in his life. Though it's always awkward that first meet with any family. The first few weeks were rough for Nick because he couldn't sleep that much at night. He blamed his head most of the time because he seemed to have small headaches through out the night. After a month, Nick seemed to be surprised as he felt he was beginning to fit in with this family. The other children were super nice to him and he got along great with Tabitha. Nick felt so incredible loved that he began to open up with this family. He finally found that home feeling he has been waiting for his entire life. For the first time in 12 years, Nick finally has a mother who cares for him and a family that loves him.
It wasn't until he was 14 years old when his abilities began to come full force. It was a summer day and Nick didn't feel too great. His head began to hurt more than usual and it increased as the day went on. What was strange for him was that he notice the weather began to act up. It was a normal hot summer day and it randomly began to change into a intense storm. Rain began to pour viciously with lightning striking every few minutes. That day, Nick stayed in his room all day but his head would keep ringing and throbbing. Also his energy just faded from his body. Nick didn't have the energy to do anything, eat or get out of bed. Tabitha was worried about Nick and did everything she could to make him feel comfortable. She thought that Nick maybe had the flu and would take him to the emergency room or urgent care tomorrow morning if he still felt the way he did.
Throughout the night, the storm kept pushing as if it had enough energy to run a marathon. Nick couldn't sleep as the thunder and lightning kept getting closer and closer. He could feel the rumble from the thunder shake his windows. Elena came into his room because she couldn't sleep and was scared of the thunder. Nick couldn't help but let Elena come into his bed and hug her. He had to admit he was scared just as much as her but Nick wouldn't let that show to Elena. As Nick showed his courage to protect Elena, the storm suddenly calmed down. About fifteen minutes after the storm calmed down both of them fell asleep.
The next morning, Nick woke up to Tabitha waking him up. Tabitha told Nick he had visitors to see him. They were some of her friends Tabitha told him. Nick explained to Tabitha his head wasn't hurting as bad anymore. After he got dressed he went downstairs to see who was there to see him. Nick didn't know the two people that were here to see him. They explained to him that they were from the Hammel Institute. A school that is for the gifted. Nick had a long conversation with both these adults and Tabitha. Nick really didn't want to leave Tabitha, Clay, Logan, and Elena. He felt like he was home and had an actual loving family. Nick began to feel angry at the fact that the adults seemed to want him to move. He felt like he was being forced to leave and that moment he ran outside to the backyard with anger. The Bright sun that was shinning soon began to get blocked by dark clouds. Thunder could be heard in the sky, while a breeze of wind began to pick up around him. Another storm was about to begin and with that storm came the headache. Nick didn't understand what was happening and then it clicked with him. He was gifted like these two visitors. Tabitha came out side to calm him down and explain to him that he would still be part of this family. After Nick calmed down and listened to Tabitha, the storm quickly faded away. Nick decided it was best to attend the Hammel Institute to help him control his abilities. He promised to see Tabitha when he is able to see her. As he left the house, he shouted I love you mom. For the first time ever he felt he had a mother. He gladly went with the two adults to the school where he would be trained to master his abilities.
Nick attended school at Hammel Institute till high school as he trained and practiced on how to control his abilities. He was pushed in his academics as well as his power training. He loved being involved in school and helped many people that he could. Nick was a hard worker and pushed himself to understand his powers and did all that he could to control them. He graduated Hammel Institute and went to the state school near by to get his bachelors in education and his masters in leadership. He lived with Tabitha while attending the state school. He owed his life to Tabitha and Hammel Institute. If it weren't for them who knows were his life would be now. After a a few years of teaching at different schools he heard there was a job opening at Hammel Institute for a power trainer and leadership teacher. Nick wanted to give back to Hammel Institute and help kids like him. He applied for the job and few days later he was asked to join the ranks of staff at Hammel Institute.
Roleplay ExampleNick was running through the city for a early afternoon jog. He wore grey sweats and a black tank top shirt. Work had been stressful for him these past weeks. The students were a mess, teachers and administration were even worse. He needed a day to relax. Nick took his iphone to listen to music and went out the door for a run. As he jogged down the streets he felt rain drops on his skin. Smiling with a grin he kept running til he caught up to a stop light. As he ran he could feel the cold water slipping down his body. His clothes were now soaking wet, something he didn't expect to happen. As he made it to a stop light, he closed his eyes and thought about his power. He felt his energy flow through his veins as it rushed through his body. He pictured the rain disappearing while the sun pushed its way through the clouds. The sun began to shed its heat on the town, drying everything that was wet. Nick tries not to abuse his powers but this time he didn't want to be soaked wet. Opening his eyes he saw the sun shinning brightly and he smiled. Nick was moments away from getting back on his jog when his phone rang. Picking up the phone Nick answered, "Hello?....I'm out for a run...can I meet you in 30 minutes? Alright. I'll see ya there."Nick spoke on the phone for few minutes. It was his brother Clay wanting to know if he could meet up with Elena and Logan for drinks. He wasn't going to say no to drinks. After dealing with this past week, he needed a drink or two. Nick Turned around to head back to his place for a quick shower.
