General Appearance: V.K has short hair she has recently cut into a pixie-cut style; it is slowly fading to a dark black-brown. Her eyes are a little on the large side and are a dark grey, bright silver when she is a cat. V.K can be commonly seen wearing a black hoodie, with a large hood which covers the top-half of her face, with a white zip, brown khaki shorts and black leggings. An odd look but she pulls it off. She also wears army boots. Underneath her hoodie, she usually wears a flannel shirt or a white polo.
Personality: V.K is a bit odd. As well as being gender-fluid, she tends to be a bit unpredictable. If you are a stranger, you rarely have any clue whether she will act hostile and hiss at you or if she'll greet you with her usual grin. It is commonly the later, depending on the situation. Despite her cat's solitary nature, when in beast form V.K will happily crawl onto her friends nap for a snooze. She fails to understand the concept of personal space; enjoying hugs and wrestling with almost-strangers and close friends. She finds it hard to pay attention in certain classes, depending on how boring they are. V.K also loves puns, the more cat-like the better. When in an argument or being confronted, V.K tends to give back-handed compliments (EX: "You are so beautiful you make me want to puke.") or she'll revert to an aggressive snarling. Her favourite past-time is to simply sleep in a patch of sun, though she might go for a wander every so often.Your VicesLikes:
-Getting petted. Don't judge, it feels like a massage.
-Warmth.
-Sleep.
-Rough-housing.
Dislikes:
-Sharp things with points.
-Unnecessary aggression.
-Water. Anything larger than a swimming pool is a no go.
-Clothes that don't feel right. If you force her to wear something that she hates the feel of, it affects her badly. From whimpering to hissing to vomiting. (This is an actual thing; I sadly suffer from it.)
Strengths:
-Climbing.
-Wrestling.
-Physical Education. Her favourite lesson.
-Amusing herself. Whilst this might not be a strength of sorts, it does come in useful.
Weaknesses:
-Logical thinking. V.K tends to let her actions speak for her.
-Ignoring aggressive people.
-Physics; science lessons are not her favourite.
-Getting down from places she's climbed.
Fears:
-Loud noises. (such as car horns, barking, screaming, etc...)
-Large dogs. She can chase the small ones.
-Being mistaken for an actual cat. Pounds are not fun.
-Surprises.
Secret: When V.K first shifted, it wasn't exactly predicted. It had started with small things, hissing, eating more, sleeping often. During this first shift, V.K panicked and bit off two of her brother's fingers. She's felt really guilty about it ever since.
Also, let's just say that the scratches on the sofa weren't from the family cat.Family TiesFather:

Any Other Important People:A cat called Balthazar, a dog named Cerberus and a snake called Biscuit.HistoryVictoria, who preferred to be known as V.K, was an ordinary child who lived in England. Her family were neither poor or rich but they owned a large house with untamed forests within their grounds. Some people paid them to let them hunt the game that lived in the forests but only to a certain distance. V.K and her brother Peter would spend several hours a day exploring these forests. They built a pretty decent tree-house in the gnarled branches of a huge oak tree next to a brook. This was also where V.K had her first transformation.
Her earlier years were peaceful, she was the second-born child, her older sister living abroad in the US, until she was six when her parents announced the arrival of her younger brother called Peter. As expected, V.K was a bit sceptical of having some other kid around since she was used to being the only child in the house. Thankfully, when Peter was born she dropped her childish worries and continuously wanted to help with him; badgering her mother and father for tasks. Her older sister, called Sarah, worked in the US for the medical care of certain metas that would be difficult to treat in hospitals and so she rarely had time to come home to spend time with the family. Sarah would try to write to them often, sending one or two letters to them each week. V.K loved to hear about the different powers meta-humans could have, despite her ignorance of her own abilities.
School was boring to say the least. She exceeded rapidly in P.E, though this was presumed to be because of her active nature rather than any link to her power, but struggled in science; particularly chemistry and physics. Her love for rough-housing got her into quite the few fights and a lot of trouble, thankfully when Peter grew older he caught onto this wrestling streak. Instead of fighting with the other kids at her school, V.K began to tumble around with her brother more and more until he was the only one she actually spent time with. They argued over stupid things, all siblings do, but they always silently forgave each other in the end; usually after a fight that has to be stopped by their parents. However with her brother being her only child-to-child interaction, V.K began to lack in personal space since she was always so close to her brother; they did live in the same house after all. Other children saw her as strange since V.K spent most of her time in the thick forests rather than on the internet; at her current age she is still incredibly bad with computers, though she can play games on certain stations quite well.
Her first shift happened when she was fourteen, a few hours previous she had been having small episodes of odd behaviour. Hissing, nipping at certain moving items, staring at small objects for hours on end. Though her brother just thought it was his sister being weird again, V.K was a little on edge from the involuntary behaviour. However, when she and Peter were at the treehouse she was hit by a random burst of extreme pain which scorched up her abdomen and down her spine. Her brother stared in horror as his sister shifted in a serval before him. After a few moments of staring at her as V.K lay in an apparent unconscious heap, he reached forward with a quite mumble to check if she was okay. V.K herself was having a nervous breakdown as this was happening and when she felt fingers brush her fur she panicked. Whirling around, she sunk her fangs deep into whatever was touching her and crunched down hard with her eyes shut tight. Letting go of the fingers, she began to transform back. Another wave of pain passed over her and when she could open her eyes again; V.K saw Peter staring at her with large fearful eyes, clutching his bleeding hands with his two fingers lying severed on the floor.
They tried to keep this secret from their parents, both scared of what would happen to V.K. They blamed the bite wound on a badger but their parents wouldn't believe them. They figured out that V.K was a meta-human pretty quickly, merely within roughly two days. Both of them accepted her powers brilliantly, just as they had accepted her gender fluidity. V.K was both relieved and scared; it meant that she wasn't the only one but it also meant she would have to be sent abroad to attend a school for people like her. Her parents decided to send her to Hammel, since Victoria's language skills were limited and Sarah lived only an hour and a half away; so her sister could pop in to check on V.K every so often.
Since her power had manifested so suddenly, V.K was required to pack quickly since she had to be sent to Hammel within a few days at most. Peter helped her as much as he could when he got back, though V.K still couldn't look him in the eye despite him constantly saying 'I forgive you, I forgive you damnit.' Sarah took a quick flight over to England to keep an eye on her sister during the journey, to make sure no further changes were made. Before they left, Peter gave V.K a crudely made necklace out of some thick black string which was tied around a piece of wood. It was a fresh piece of wood in the shape of an oval, bark cut away on the flat faces of the wood to reveal the rings within; a small engraving of a badly-drawn paw and two straight lines down the middle of it could be seen on one of the faces. Peter told her that the wood was from the oak tree, the paw represented the serval she had transformed into and the two lines represented the fingers that she bit off. He put it around her neck, having to re-tie it again and again so that she could actually wear it, and told her not to forget him. With tears in her eyes, V.K and Peter hugged each other awkwardly before she left in the car.
At the school, V.K slept in the dorms but found it hard to concentrate during lessons. She would email her younger brother everyday, who had lost his fingers since it was too late to re-attach them, and this seemed to satisfy the amount of socialisation she wanted each day. In her free time, Victoria would practise on the school grounds her shifting abilities. It was the only thing she could truly concentrate on and she was getting quite used to it; her easiest form being the serval. She discovered two other forms; a small snow leopard and a caracal however she usually sticks with the serval because it is easier to handle. This leads to the current events which will happen during rp.Roleplay ExampleVictoria, or V.K as she preferred to be known, was breathing lightly in a cross-legged sitting position on a long stretch of grass beneath a large tree; it's gnarled limbs reached for the sun hungrily. The girl had always found it easier to transform near trees, maybe it was something to do with her first transformation but she wasn't too sure. The sun beat down on her pleasantly, heating her through her black hoodie. V.K could hear the other children chattering back on the main grounds, but although she didn't mind social groups, she wanted to be alone.
Taking a deep breath, V.K furrowed her brow, closed her grey eyes and concentrated. Suddenly, a strike of pain stabbed her in the stomach; sending her into a hunch, her eyes still shut tightly with her breathing becoming laboured. Hissing in pain, V.K felt her limbs crack and reshape, the muscles felt like they melted and twisted themselves into impossible shapes as they reformed. The pain scraped down her spine like claws on a chalkboard as the spinal disks increased and burst out of her skin, rapidly growing fur and skin to cover the growing new sinew and flesh. Gritting her teeth, V.K felt them sharpen and crack around her jaw as the bones lengthened and reshaped like scorching pieces of molten metal. In the midst of the pain of her bones and muscles, V.K scarcely noticed the fur sprouting across her skin, her clothes becoming bigger around her, her ears growing larger and more pointed as they moved to the top of her head.
After a few moments, the feeling subsided. V.K opened an eye and saw only darkness. She began to panick before she realised she was just inside her hoodie. The girl must've shrunk inside of it during the transformation. Wriggling her way out, V.K stumbled slightly as she got used to the four paws. She gripped her hoodie with her claws and dragged out her phone using her paw-pad with difficulty, her tail flicking about in annoyance. In the black screen, she could see herself. A long-limbed, large serval stared back at her. It had a narrow face with ridiculously large ears, large almond-shaped nazel eyes were the only unusual thing about her cat form, a muscular body and a long whip-like tail that gently brushed the green grass that pushed against her paws. The markings along her sides were ebony spots with a few paint-brush stripes around her shoulders, ankles and tail. Grunting, she leaned down and nipped at the edge of her phone with newly formed sharp fangs. With a bit of luck, she bit down on the on button and her phone screen lit up. "12:34..." She thought. "I took four minutes." V.K would sigh, sounding more like a hiss from her cat self and sat down, beginning to concentrate on shifting back. "Time to try again."What About You?Name: Mad Hatter, Balthazar, Nyx or anything is fine.Yas. =D
