Remle didn't often go to clubs. Bars yes, she liked bars. They were calm escapes from her hectic life but clubs were often cloying, crowded and way too many grabby hands. Apparently it was because when you went with someone who could dance with you and watch your back for grabby hands things were so much better. She had chosen tonight as the time for Rhys to pay his debt to her for jumping out of the lake last week. She'd been really busy since then and only able to meet him for their normal runs but no extra gym work. The station had picked up more ads and it was her job to organize them and make arrangements for putting them into the schedule. She was very ready to blow off some of her pent up stress.
She didn't live too far from the Frosty Apple and sent a message to Rhys when they'd planned to go that he was more than welcome to stay at her apartment later if he didn't want to go home. She hoped the winking emoji was enough to convey that she hoped he stayed over. After what happened last week in his apartment she was more than a little interested in pursuing whatever came next. She wasn't sure if she wanted a relationship again, but she did know that she liked Rhys and last week had been fun. So here she was waiting for him just outside the club, her blonde hair was down tonight but curled in loose waves from earlier today. They'd mostly straightened out but there was still enough bounce in them to make her hair interesting for the night. Actually in her leather jacket and red corset top she was certain that no one from work would recognize her. She knew that if Dakota could see her now he'd be proud. This look did suit her from time to time. The heels made it classier though, even though he'd have preferred combat boots.
She caught sight of Rhys and waved to him, her heels put her eyes nearly level with his. "Hey!" she greeted cheerfully. "You ready? I can't decide if I'm doing cocktails or whiskey tonight, what's going to be harder to work off at the gym?" she pondered teasingly.
