General Appearance: Standin at 5' 9" tall, Kirney has an average build and does not really stand out from the crowd. Until you get to his clothing that is. Kirney's clothes range from punk to emo, depending on the day or how he's feeling. Normally his hair is dirty blonde, but he always dyes it brighter or darker, also depending on his mood. Kirney has both his ears pierced and gaged, in which he usually wears some form of gromet like earrings.Though he doesn't have any scars, he does have a rather large tattoo that stretches from his right pec, down to his right wrist. It's a 50's alien battle. He wated it because he loves old sci-fi movies and 50's style in general. As mentioned before, his clothing is punk, but tends to lean towards a 50's style as well. 
Personality: First and foremost, he's incredibly kind. Kirney has a big heart and gives as much as he can. He's the type to work in soup kitchens and donates money whenever he can. He is also very fun loving and carefree. He's the type that would beg his students to call him Ash instead of Mr. Hudson. On the same note, he wouldn't correct`them. Kirney does have a bit of a wild side and when he was younger it did lead to him getting into trouble from time to time. Though he has calmed down considerably, his wild side comes out among friends and he's not above going out and drinking all night; as long as it's not a school night. Though he has the apperance of someone very confident, Kirney really isn't. Not as much as he seems anyway.

History

Growing up as the middle child is normally not an easy thing, but not for Kirney. It could have been because he and his siblings were barely two years apart, or that his parents were the very loving and giving kind. Either way, Kirney's childhood was amazing. They were a poor family and yet still managed to provide a happy and stable home. Not just for the Hudson children, but for any of their friends that might need a place to crash or a warm meal. His mother always told him, "Charity starts at home." That lesson has always stuck with him.

Not only did he have a great childhood because of his family, but they lived in a very special town; Pilot Ridge. Though he wasn't a meta, Kirney had several friends that attended Hammel and he always thought it was an amazing place. The only thing he disliked was how some people seemed to treat the metas. Like they were some kind of second class citizen, or worse. So, by the time he was a teenager, Kirney made a decision to stand up for his friends and meta humans everywhere. It was small things like stopping bullies and telling people the truth when they'd spout nonsense.

This was one of the driving forces for him wanting to become a teacher. He had and overwhelming urge to help kids, especially meta ones, find their voice. What better way to do that, than to teach them how to sing. It was a gift he inherited from his mother, the singing, and he was not about to let it go to waste. After high school, he went to college for a few years and learned his carft. Soon after graduating, he applied for a position at Hammel. 

There he made a self-discovery. A child came to him with their worries about the future and something struck inside his mind. He'd spent so long helping others, that he rarely thought about what he wanted. Kirney was happy, but there were things in his life that were missing. Friends surrounded him, but he needed more. Naturally he began trying to find himself, all the while continuing to help and teach the children of Hammel. He's been there for two years now and he feels his life is finally falling into place.
